Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, πολύ καθαρό, ωραία τοποθεσία κι η κυρία Κυριακή πολύ ευγενική μας είχε ανοιχτά τα air condition όταν φτάσαμε και ήταν πολύ ζεστά και για το μωρό!!!

Περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο διήμερο στις Σέρρες, μένοντας σε ένα λοφτ που μας εντυπωσίασε. Ήταν πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, μοντέρνο, καθαρό και πολύ άνετο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά σε ήσυχη περιοχή. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

We stayed just one night and we had a ovely stay. The apartment was clean, the bed very confortable, silence, coffee, milk, tea, water and some other details and food we really appreciated. There was self check in, very easy and like 15 minutes walking until the old center. Thank you, for sure we will book again.

Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr sauber. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Apartment ist rund 10-15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt und ein tolles Restaurant - keine zwei Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Athanasia war super. Sie gibt einem klare Anweisungen, wie man in die Wohnung kommt, und ist bei Problemen und Fragen hilfsbereit. Außerdem großer Pluspunkt: Es gibt auf dem Hinterhof mehrere Parkplätze. In einer Stadt wie Serres ist das sehr wichtig. Leider war das WLAN nicht so stabil. Jedes Mal, wenn man die Wohnung betritt, sollte man am besten den Router neu starten. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

I stayed at Stamatis’ Airbnb in Serres, and honestly, it was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The place had everything—my own kitchen with all the utensils, a washing machine with washing powder, plenty of towels and sheets, a vacuum, and more. It was so well-stocked, and everything was very clean. Stamatis was an incredible host. He made us feel so welcome, like it was our own home. He was so responsive, even taking our call on a Sunday when we asked to stay an extra night. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and shops. It felt private and comfortable, and everything about it made the stay amazing. If you are coming to Serres, this place is perfect!

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und leicht zu finden. Der Fahrstuhl ist erst nach einigen Stufen zu erreichen, was mit Gepäck und Kinderwagen etwas ungünstig, aber machbar ist. Die Snacks in der Wohnung waren super! Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir haben nichts auszusetzen :)

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία με πολύ εύκολο παρκιγκ. ο χώρος όλος καθαρός και ζεστός σαν να είσαι στο σπίτι σου .ο κ.Γιαννης ευγενικός και κατατοπιστικός. Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό για μια ευχάριστη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή στην πόλη των Σερρών .

Η διαμονή μας ήταν φανταστική! Ο χώρος είναι όπως και στις φωτογραφίες. Ζεστό σπίτι, πολύ καθαρό, δίπλα στο κέντρο της πόλης, ζεστό νερό πάντα! Το σπίτι δεν διέφερε καθόλου με πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο καθώς ο οικοδεσπότης παρείχε απίστευτες υπηρεσίες. Αξίζει να αναφέρω πως είχε μέχρι και παντόφλες ξενοδοχειακού τύπου, μπατονέτες, μωρομάντηλα και γενικότερα πράγματα που θα βρεις δύσκολα σε άλλους χώρους Airbnb. Συγχαρητήρια για τις υπηρεσίες σας και για τον υπέροχο χώρο σας. Θα σας ξαναεπισκεφτούμε σίγουρα!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Μείναμε 3 μέρες και βρήκαμε το διαμέρισμα παρα πολύ καθαρό! Γνωρίσαμε από κοντά την οικοδέσποινα, η οποία ήταν φιλική και ευγενέστατη! Οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε, μας απάντησε αμέσως. Όσον αφορά την περιοχή, οι Σέρρες είναι ξεχωριστή και όμορφη πόλη! Αξίζει να επισκεφτείτε το θεματικό πάρκο παγωτού Κρι-Κρι. Μέσα στην πόλη θα βρείτε άψογο φαγητό! Οι κάτοικοι των Σερρών είναι ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι και ευγενικοί! Φεύγουμε με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις και θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά σύντομα!!!

Υπέροχο δωμάτιο, ολοκαίνουργιο, καθαρότατο, με κάθε άνεση και οτιδήποτε χρειάζεται κανείς άμεσα διαθέσιμο. Σε κεντρική τοποθεσία της πόλης, τα πάντα προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Ο οικοδεσπότης (Σταμάτης) ευγενικότατος, εξυπηρετικότατος, σε άμεση συνεννόηση και επικοινωνία όποτε χρειαζόταν. Μακάρι όλοι οι οικοδεσπότες να ήταν σαν αυτόν. Σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή κάθε φορά που θα επισκεπτόμαστε τις Σέρρες. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Σταμάτη!

Titel: Gemütliche Wohnung mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft Ich hatte das Vergnügen, Athanasias Wohnung über Airbnb zu mieten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten. Die Wohnung war genau so, wie sie beschrieben wurde – gemütlich eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann die Zeit dort in vollen Zügen genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Athanasia. Sie hat uns mit einem tollen Überraschungsgeschenk überrascht, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Es sind die kleinen Dinge, die den Unterschied ausmachen! Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, und ich kann die Wohnung von Athanasia nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε τέλεια τοποθεσία ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πόλης . Δύο λεπτά μόλις από τον σταθμό των λεωφορείων, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες και αλλα μαγαζια. Σε έναν άνετο και προσβάσιμο χώρο. Είναι μεγάλο , πολύ καλά τοποθετημένο και διακοσμημένο με καλης ποιότητας εξοπλισμό. Πολύ φωτεινό και ζεστό και με πολύ καλή θέρμανση. Το Check-in και το Check-out ήτανε πανευκολο με τις οδηγίες της Κυρίας Χρυσούλας η οποία μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε. Θα ξανά έρθουμε!!
