This is a 17 m2 studio that we have renovated into a comfortable bedroom with independent shower room and wc but without kitchenette. It is located on the 3rd of a 4-story building, with elevator. Shops and restaurants are reached by foot from the property. Ski locker available on the ground floor. Private parking in the residence.

Facing the slopes 180 m from the ski lifts, a 7 m2 south-facing terrace to enjoy the panorama. 28 m2 apartment, 3rd floor, refurbished, located in a quiet residence, it has a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts and is ideally located in the heart of the resort and shops, swimming pool, cinema and ice rink. You are also within walking distance of the charming hamlets of Bez and Villeneuve. You have a ski locker and the residence's parking lot.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Attention access: Narrow mountain road in 4km land accessible with a rustic vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new vehicles and/or with low chassis. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the ascent is only done by hiking, which takes about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

It has a great location and is a 5-minute walk from the shops and the start of the slopes. (Ski shuttle also available at the bottom of the residence) Completely renovated in 2021 in a warm mountain style and equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home.

You will have a very large parking lot at your disposal.

For the night, the sofa becomes a double bed in the living room, and a cabin area offers two bunk beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated. Sheets and towels included.
