Residence Riccardi is amazing place for staying in San Marino. The flat is in ground floor of family house with separate intrance and maximum privacy. Whole apartman was very tidy and clean with nice design thanks that you feel very comfortable and like a home. Pleasent surprise was delicious refreshment and sweets and also card for discount for tickets to towers and museum. Paola is very nice and positive woman who is ready to help you with anythink. My family and I felt right at home. We were really comfortable in this cozy cottage. We really recommend it to all families also thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of Giulia's mother who gave us excellent tips for restaurants, to visit San Marino and made us find a typical San Marino dessert for breakfast. The house is very comfortable, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the countryside, but convenient by car to any local attraction. TOP!

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Perfect apartment for a family stopover:(children aged 4 and 6): Paolo and Paola are very welcoming (welcome in person to facilitate exchange, without being too invasive, perfect!), all the amenities present, well-equipped kitchen, breakfast with good products (good cereals in particular), superb view of the rock and the towers of San Marino with small veranda, washing machine possible to use, street parking available, cable car accessible on foot (tourist discount maps provided). Recommended!

Very large house, Elizabeth was very kind to allow us to arrive a little earlier than expected, so flexible regarding check-in. She always responded in a very short time, the house was clean and overall everything went well! I recommend it

Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.
