The cottage is just like the photos, located in a gated community with lots of green space, perfect for resting and relaxing. I was with my 2 dogs, the chalet has an outdoor area with a fence, which allows us to let them loose without worry. William was very attentive and helpful with the information, even before the reservation.

It was amazing days! The place is very cozy. The hostess Sylvia was very friendly and attentive. The place was extremely clean and tidy, with impeccable bed and bath linens. I and my family will definitely be back!

Mr. Tomas is an incredibly thoughtful and energetic staff. It was very thoughtful to welcome us, helped us with tips for tourism and made the environment totally welcoming. The place is very clean, very wooded, very quiet and easy to access. The outdoor area has a shallow pool, but you can enjoy it, and if not enough, there is a large shared pool. Well-equipped space, being possible to make meals without major concerns. If you want a few days of peace of mind, based on my experience, I recommend the space offered by Tomas. Congrats on being a differentiated host.

Nature, Connectivity and Freedom We travel without much expectation, you know? All we wanted was a cool place to enjoy nature. But this place has surpassed… I don't want to create expectations, but if you travel as we traveled, looking to connect to nature and its interior, this place will welcome you in a very special way. 3 important points for us: 1. Connectivity: I worked a few moments and the broadband of the chalet is great (Tim's network did not work what was good for not receiving a call) 2. Freedom for dogs: they were left most of the time without collar in contact with nature. 3. The waterfall: for those who love a waterfall to have 3 of them for private use is a luxury. 4. Host: Rodrigo was a ten-note guy, always willing to serve, very polite and dedicated. 5. Cleaning: the chalet is clean, all organized, smelling bedding. It was a very special experience and we will come back many times. Thanks to Rodrigo for your work!

The stay was great, the house had some utensils in the kitchen, and we helped prepare some meals. As the house is surrounded by thickets turns and stirs appears some animals like ants and beetles but nothing inconvenient. Hosts use insecticides in outlets and help a lot. The hosts help a lot by giving tips on places to visit and eat and respond super fast and are very kind. The best winery we visited was that of Cangueira, I indicate to know there. We definitely indicate this place. And we intend to go back.

The place of the Thomás is really a little piece of paradise. The lush vegetation, the monkeys, the peace… it was exactly what I needed. Although it also lives in the middle of the forest, in the interior of France, nothing compares to spending a few days in the rainforest of the Thomás . I super recommend! The house is beautiful, the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, and the atmosphere of peace is simply unique. Many thanks for everything, Tomás. I hope to return soon — it will be my refuge after a lot of work here in France.

Very quiet! The space is a delight! The chalet is very good, with bathroom, some beds, kitchen and a living room and, when leaving the chalet you come across a swimming pool and kitchen area prox to the pool. With a lot of green around. Really a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The host is always very proactive and dedicated! Thank you. We'll be back for sure.

we loved the place. lots of nature around, a beautiful view of Cantareira facing the sunrise, spacious enough for pets to have freedom but safely. very well equipped kitchen, there were also enough towels and bed linen. the pool is large and pleasant, only a nearby shower was missing. ifood covers the region well. It rained during the stay and the power was intermittent. On one of the days I needed to work (I'm a developer working from home) and I ended up losing a few hours, so I wouldn't recommend working unless the weather is good. The cottage itself is beautiful, it just needs maintenance. As soon as it rained my rhinitis attacked a lot, we think that the humidity in the wood ended up generating mold in some places over time. The barbecue area behind the pool was quite dirty, and the bathroom there had a wall covered with moss. even considering these points, the stay was worth it and I loved celebrating my 30th birthday surrounded by nature and tranquility!

My wife and I value experiences, and this hosting has exceeded our expectations from the beginning. The ad is complete, with faithful photos and agile exchange of messages with the hosts (Cris and Neuria), who welcomed us with great affection. The location is easy to reach and the environment already enchants upon arrival: a family-friendly, quiet, welcoming and surrounded by green. The site (Nostro Villaggio) has other accommodations and we chose to stay at Le Petit Château, a true romantic retreat, very private, with details that refer to the sophistication of Paris. The house is complete, with quality utensils, perfect for those who enjoy a beautiful table set. All very clean, smellsy and organized. We enjoy each space: cozy room, practical kitchen, outdoor gourmet area and two amazing jacuzzis. Even saguis came to visit us! Without a doubt, it is among our top 3 accommodations. We want to go back, and of course, we indicate with our eyes closed! 😊

Gabriela's place is the same as the ad, very clean and smelling. All necessary utensils and Gabriela a darling. I always responded promptly. I asked if there was any place that delivered dessert, and it indicated a bakery she delivered to the door of the house. Wonderful bakery. It was extremely wonderful to stay at the house, we will definitely be back.

Whenever I put an evaluation of the places I attend, I like to think of two main points: 1. The location is what was disclosed? 2. What would I do to make it better? From the first point, I can assess that the Sítio Pauletto is exactly what was disclosed in the announcement, a place of peace, a lot of green area to rest the mind of the routine we live in large centers and the warmth of the owners with affection in everything I've seen. From the second point, I missed mosquito net screens in the windows, which would provide more comfort, given that we are in the middle of the forest and the insects get in with ease, so we need to stay all the time with the windows closed. In our chalet (Rose Number 2) we did not have a mirror in the bathroom, it stays in the bedroom, I did not understand why, but it was missed for us. Pool is too small for the quantity of chalets available. Of the rest, the place is wonderful, has a beautiful vegetation, winery, beautiful orchidarium. If you seek peace, you will find it.

Staying at Afonso's Airbnb was an amazing experience. Super easy to access, with 24-hour check-in service, the place is simply a gem, a true oasis in the middle of São Paulo. Excellent stay! Ybirá is super attentive, friendly and kind, always willing to help and make the stay as pleasant as possible. Great communication before, during, and after the stay. Access to the farm is easy, and the location is close (approx. 6min) to neighborhood/region businesses (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, banks, shopping center). The space is very good, true to the listing, with plenty of green area, grass field that allows good fun for all ages, well-maintained swimming pool (although we do not use due to cold), and the possibility of barbecue on the host's balcony or next to the pool. The house is very well taken care of, has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, a very good shower (heats well), beds with comfortable mattresses, bed and bath linens that are super clean and have a laundry aroma. The kids loved the 3 dogs, super gentle and playful! We'll come back again for sure!

Amazing place, exactly as described in the listing. Perfect for escaping the rush and resting with peace of mind. The waterfalls are a few meters from the accommodation and we have free access. I took my dog and he enjoyed the whole space. We thank Rodrigo for his assistance and hospitality, we will be back for sure!
