The stay exceeded my expectations. Regina was extremely pleasant from the initial questions. My goal was to celebrate my mother's birthday as a family and we created amazing memories. Comfortable house, great structure in the condominium, nearby beach, possibility of tours... everything was amazing. Sonia and Adeildo are people we want to have for life. Gentis, prepare the entire house and scheduled menu, always doing more than what was requested. I recommend it and we'll be back more often.

The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. Great house, the space is cozy and super clean. There were all the necessary utensils in the house like glass of wine, air fryer, crockery, bed linen, outdoor and bath towels. It is important to comment that two rooms of the house are in the upper area of the lot and not inside the house, but the rooms are suites and contain a minibar, making it possible to have a super comfortable stay. Sandro served us super well and Rodrigo also had fast and flexible communication!

Mr. Luis, a great host, attends very quickly, we indicated safe parking, boatman that when we arrived at the place was already waiting for us, when you arrive at the house it helps with the bags and it already makes you feel at home, the house was impeccable, super smells, everything much better than the listing. you feel truly at home, a great place to rest close to nature and enjoy the TMB house that is great. I don't think we can describe how amazing these days were in Bananal. For those who seek peace and enjoy the quiet of the countryside, it is a hearty dish. The bed is very comfortable, everything is very clean and made with great care. Mel (the farm dog) is a special character, affectionate, playful and very intelligent. Sandy is also a sweetheart. We loved the moments we spent in the cottage, the fireplace, having coffee while watching the ducks and waking up to the rooster's crow. It really was a very relaxing experience. The chalet does not have a kitchen structure, ideal for those who want to take the opportunity to get to know the restaurants in the region. Everything is very close, and we were located at the beginning of the Serra, which allowed us to take a bike ride up the Serra, with a surreal view! Anyway, we're already planning the return

The house is simple but very cozy, very clean and complete. The neighborhood is quiet, with friendly neighbors and without out-of-the-hour noises. The street that the house is is not very busy and has bakeries and beverage storage nearby. We left our car on the street and had no problems. Jéssica was very attentive at all times and very kind. I recommend your stay!

We spent a great weekend , casa corresponds to discretion. Super well equipped house, great space. Vera always super requests, we will be back for sure.
