Excellent choice we made to stay at the end of the year. Great place to stay with the family, the house is very cozy and equipped. There was a very heavy rain and a lightning bolt struck very close to the house, which ended up burning the Wi-Fi source. I contacted Diego and he was very proactive in solving our problem. Very grateful for all the kindness!

We chose the cabin to celebrate my husband's birthday, our stay was impeccable!! Nota MIL, we were delighted with the place, all beautiful, very clean and extremely smelling, Eliandra's warmth that left even a wonderful courtesy. We will definitely come back more often, it is paradise!

Great accommodation, everything clean, close to the center, 5-minute drive. Antonio was very helpful and pointed out places in the city. It was very nice to have water in the fridge available to the guest with an affordable price list. We liked everything.

The apartment is well located, practical, clean and very comfortable with AC and utilities, great for our short stay. Josemar and the co-hosts were very responsive, with easy to follow instructions to access the property. The building staff are super friendly, they welcomed us and gave us good tips and orientation.

My stay at Maria and Ana Paula's place exceeded all my expectations! The accommodation is extremely cozy, clean and comfortable. The bed and bed linen are impeccable, providing great nights of rest. Another high point of the stay was the affectionate way in which they treated my puppy Lua. She felt completely welcomed, made new halls and took great advantage of the beautiful nature around. Maria took care of the Moon as if it were her own puppy, providing her with great happiness and security. The location was also ideal for me, less than five minutes by car from my work. Impressive how, despite being right in the center of Rio Negrinho, the house provides a wonderful feeling of being in a small part of the countryside, surrounded by tranquility and a lot of nature. Without a doubt, this experience was so special that it will become my fixed hosting every month. Maria and Ana Paula's immense gratitude for providing a perfect stay!

Xixa's space matches the listing exactly. The location is excellent, with many options nearby. Xixa was extremely kind, providing helpful instructions about the city, restaurants and tours. When we had a problem with the car tire, she promptly helped us with check-in, responding quickly and always being available. We loved Curitiba and will definitely return to this apartment that was in our hearts.

Incredible location! Very well equipped and organized. Alexandre is super accessible and helpful, always willing to support any questions in the hosting time. I only have to thank you for the reception in Curitiba during the time I was staying in Balboa space. Super recommend it!

Romildo's house is amazing! At the entrance we came across a beautifully cared garden, trees and many birds live there, every morning we had the visit of toucan and hummingbird, the nature and peace of the place are amazing, the room with the doors and glass windows give the feeling that we are in the garden even with the doors closed, the beds are super comfortable, the open bathroom is an experience we really like this part of the house! The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is comfortable! I highly recommend to relax and spend good times with family and friends. Unfortunately, we do not use the mezzanine, the second floor of the house, as there was no air conditioning in this area, it is very hot there. Maybe in winter it should be more pleasant, but we don't miss space in the house!
