The hotel and the room was exceptional. The room opened to a pool and a sea view. The hotel staff was extremely warm and the place was aesthetically decorated and well maintained. It was a wonderful experience with exceeded expectations

Sebastio is always ready to help and will definitely recommend for a trip to North Goa for budget travelers .. The room has everything that you need .. Clean linen, hot water and good security with a great location at an excellent price.

We stayed here for about 10 days for an event, felt comfortable and at home. For the price point, good set of amenities and excellent location at a couple minutes walk to Miramar beach and other essentials in the surrounding. Priti is an excellent host, very responsive at any time, despite having a full time business to operate. She was also helpful and resourceful. I definitely recommend.

The secret garden is like a hidden retreat, tastefully curated by Helene. From cute wind-chimes at the doors, antique furniture, colourful garden decor, a well-lit pool to an AMAZING BREAKFAST that she cooks for her guests, using the vegetables and fruits that she grew herself in her garden!!! You’d see a ‘chikoo’ tree right by the pool side, and all the other vegetables growing around. The place is luxurious and yet authentic, in contrast with the nature around it. It can inspire anyone to create, learn and just to live fully in the moment, for a while! They try to provide their guests with utmost convenience, from booking a scooter for their stay to arranging a pick-up and drop, from the airport. And the best part is, you won’t even realise when the house- keeping will just quickly fix your room, while you’ll be having your breakfast or taking a dip in the pool. As soon as you come back to your room, you’ll see your bed, all made, water bottle refilled with cold water, cleaned bathroom and used towels replaced with the fresh ones. Our stay lasted for 3 days and honestly, the beautiful memories from this place have hijacked everything else that we did in Goa.

Had a hard time reaching the place. The cab driver, in spite of speaking to host before we started the journey and having the location took us to a wrong place (Tito's lane) and then demanded double the cab fare to take us the extra 900m to the correct address. Proper street address should be given in the listing or after booking. When we book cab via GoaMiles app, not having the correct address is a handicap as can't select exact location in the app. This caused us to be dropped at wrong place and walking for 1km with luggage and old & kid family members. But once checked in, the experience was smooth.

The host and service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at ease. The location was great, offering a quiet retreat, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and tranquil getaway. We'll definitely be back!

This was a great spot! Lots of help from the front desk and staff. Also really close to some nice sights and a store. Would totally recommend!

Tranquility Found! This serene Airbnb in Goa is a hidden gem! Nestled in a peaceful location, it's the perfect escape from the chaos of city life. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush green surroundings and a soothing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities including a kitchen. The outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing and taking in the natural beauty. No noise, no pollution, just peace and quiet! The host is warm and welcoming, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Our stay at this property was truly delightful! The place was absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture. The rooms were easy to access and looked just as depicted in the pictures, perfectly complementing the old architectural vibe. The surrounding lush greenery added to the charm, though we did encounter few insects—nothing unmanageable, though, given the natural setting. There is a beach 15 mins away from the place. The care taker was also very helpful with references for cabs and rentals. The private pool was great! Although we had to seek help from caretaker to fish out few insects before using it. Overall a perfect blend of heritage and comfort!

The Island House is a beautifully preserved, 200-year-old Portuguese villa that instantly felt like home during our staycation. Tucked away in a serene setting and surrounded by lush greenery, it offered the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. The staff were incredibly warm, polite, and attentive, making our experience all the more enjoyable. Its location is easy to find and just a stone’s throw away from some of the island’s most popular restaurants and attractions. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would wholeheartedly recommend The Island House to anyone seeking charm, comfort, and a true Goan vibe.
