This property is stunning and spacious, with all amenities working perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly supportive. The large pool was a highlight, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. If you're looking for a comfortable and serene getaway with a great pool, this property is ideal. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it!

It was really a nice experience. Host Pratiksha is very much cooperative and always there to help. The aura of the house is just wow. Clean, peaceful and happy place. We felt like our own home . The surrounding was so peaceful and the location was perfect and close enough. The room was specious and the interior was luxurious. The staffs were very humble and helpful. Loved the stay and we cherished every single moment of our trip. Thanks a ton Pratiksha !!! Highly recommended!!!!!

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

We stayed for 3 days here and I would highly recommend this place for anybody planning for a Goa trip. The location is very close to Panaji city and all major beaches of North Goa are about a 20-30 minute drive, which was very convenient for us. The place has everything that we wanted and the host and staff were extremely accomodating and resolved our queries and grievances very quickly. The lighting of the place had a really good ambience, The machinery and the utensils in the stay was in very good condition as well. Overall it was an amazing place and we would love to come back next time

Great experience to say at Vasundhara's listing, fantastic views from every single bedroom and the drawing room. There's gyms in the community as well. One can definitely go for a run in the area, there's fantastic greenery and lush views even on the roads to say the least. All amenities are there including AC/Fridge/Wifi etc. Swiggy/instamart and other deliveries also work. Including Goa miles cab services. I must add that this listing is extremely well furnished, thereby making it perfect for a home away from home. Look forward to staying here for a long duration.

We stayed for a week in this 1BHK property with a toddler. The kitchen was well stocked with Utensils, cutlery, small appliances which were very helpful. With a 10 min odd drive to Candolim Beach, it was great to have all the local shops and Newtons within reach. Worth considering definitely if you are coming with family especially a small kid. Host was always responsive and helped out immediately when there was some confusion around parking spot (its a gated building with few spots for visitors parking). Great option to consider if North Goa stretch is what you wanna explore.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

We recently styed at Bertran's bnb for four nights. The building is located right next to Courtyard by Mariott. The place has a grocery shop just a 5 minute walk away. Beach is also 5-10 minute walk. Colva market which also has good cafes and restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment complex felt safe and has a functional gym and swimming pool. The guards are polite and the caretaker Rama ji is great help. She even did the cleaning as late as 9 pm after we were back from the day tour. The bnb had a well stocked kitchen, Pretty much everything you would need. There is hot water available in the bathrooms. The hosts, Bertran and Glynnis were proactive, gave is nice recommendations on restaurants and cabs etc. Though we did not meet them or speak to them, they were very quick to respond on Whats App. Absolutely no issues at all. We loved the space and would recommend Berty's place if you are planning to stay in Colva.

Gaurav^s place was exactly as described. Everything was supplied for a comfortable home from home holiday. The apartment itself was very spacious with two balconies. Gaurav was very responsive & kind, truly a superhost. Thankyou Gaurav.

had great experience. it's always better to be at home rather than a hotel. l the mentioned facility and amenities were available at the place. felt like another home at Goa. Highly recommended for family/couples.

I stayed at Tata Rio for two days and my stay was amazing. I had come to see a family friends ailing dad. my plan's cancelled. The co host Yogesh was very accommodating. He helped me with arranging bike and etched out a two day self tour for me. I was really surprised that I was able to see so many beaches and visit the best of the places for food. Yogesh always responded to my texts and calls immediately. Since I was all alone I felt safe at the appartment and I was able to visit the places he suggested. Over all a very good experience. I entered the house being anxious and overwhelmed but I left with a happy face. I promised Yogesh next time I m gonna well plan my trip & will surely book this place for stay. this is the most peaceful place. loved the gym, pool the greenery & the silence. For a person like me coming from Mumbai staying at the most silent place was heaven. i loved making my mrg tea n coffee. thanks for those tea powder & sugar. i really felt like home. 5* for the Host.

This place is Betalbatim is about 10 minutes leisure walk from the village center where you have the church , shops etc. Very peaceful area and nice feel of living in a Goan village. Lincoln is a wonderful host and very responsive. Provided some nice local recommendations.
