It was really a nice experience. Host Pratiksha is very much cooperative and always there to help. The aura of the house is just wow. Clean, peaceful and happy place. We felt like our own home . The surrounding was so peaceful and the location was perfect and close enough. The room was specious and the interior was luxurious. The staffs were very humble and helpful. Loved the stay and we cherished every single moment of our trip. Thanks a ton Pratiksha !!! Highly recommended!!!!!

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

Excellent Stay in Goa! I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Goa, and I must say, it was an excellent experience overall! The location is super convenient, whether you're a beach lover or a party enthusiast. The community is very peaceful, which was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of tourist spots. The room was exactly as described and was sufficient for a group of four. The interiors were lovely, and the amenities provided were just right – nothing more, nothing less. The best part? It's very budget-friendly! However, there were a couple of areas where the accommodation fell short. Firstly, the flat is on the third floor, and there's no lift. It would have been great if this had been mentioned in the description to set expectations. Secondly, finding the flat on our own was a bit challenging due to the large community. We stayed for 3 days here and I would highly recommend this place for anybody planning for a Goa trip. The location is very close to Panaji city and all major beaches of North Goa are about a 20-30 minute drive, which was very convenient for us. The place has everything that we wanted and the host and staff were extremely accomodating and resolved our queries and grievances very quickly. The lighting of the place had a really good ambience, The machinery and the utensils in the stay was in very good condition as well. Overall it was an amazing place and we would love to come back next time

Great experience to say at Vasundhara's listing, fantastic views from every single bedroom and the drawing room. There's gyms in the community as well. One can definitely go for a run in the area, there's fantastic greenery and lush views even on the roads to say the least. All amenities are there including AC/Fridge/Wifi etc. Swiggy/instamart and other deliveries also work. Including Goa miles cab services. I must add that this listing is extremely well furnished, thereby making it perfect for a home away from home. Look forward to staying here for a long duration.

The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

We recently styed at Bertran's bnb for four nights. The building is located right next to Courtyard by Mariott. The place has a grocery shop just a 5 minute walk away. Beach is also 5-10 minute walk. Colva market which also has good cafes and restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment complex felt safe and has a functional gym and swimming pool. The guards are polite and the caretaker Rama ji is great help. She even did the cleaning as late as 9 pm after we were back from the day tour. The bnb had a well stocked kitchen, Pretty much everything you would need. There is hot water available in the bathrooms. The hosts, Bertran and Glynnis were proactive, gave is nice recommendations on restaurants and cabs etc. Though we did not meet them or speak to them, they were very quick to respond on Whats App. Absolutely no issues at all. We loved the space and would recommend Berty's place if you are planning to stay in Colva.

Gaurav^s place was exactly as described. Everything was supplied for a comfortable home from home holiday. The apartment itself was very spacious with two balconies. Gaurav was very responsive & kind, truly a superhost. Thankyou Gaurav.

The place was cozy and just perfect for a short getaway. Yogesh was extremely communicative and helpful gave us great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The view from the apartment was beautiful lush greenery all around, and we even got to watch airplanes and fighter jets fly by, which was a unique experience. The apartment is located in a top-notch society with excellent amenities. The swimming pool was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great stay! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This place is Betalbatim is about 10 minutes leisure walk from the village center where you have the church , shops etc. Very peaceful area and nice feel of living in a Goan village. Lincoln is a wonderful host and very responsive. Provided some nice local recommendations.
