I recently stayed here for 4 days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The host was warm, responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The place was exactly as described—clean and well-maintained The location was great—peaceful yet close enough to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, I had a comfortable, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a short getaway. I’d happily return in the future!

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

I had a wonderful stay at Nikita's Residency in Dabolim, Goa. The place exceeded my expectations in every way. The ambience was peaceful and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay all the more comfortable. The amenities provided were excellent, catering to all basic needs and more. A special mention to the manager—extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which added a personal touch to the overall experience. Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.

The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. We stayed at Harmony, Mr Alok’s place, for 3 days. Given my son was staying in BITS Pilani Goa campus, this was super convenient. Most importantly, the place feels like home. Not like many fancy but mostly unusable AirBnBs we stayed in. And almost as if we walked into one of our own relative’s place. Don’t think twice if you are looking to find a quiet home away from home.

Had a wonderful stay here! Good for a group of 3-4 tourists. One of the best place to be at and to move around in Goa. Cohost Yogesh was always accessible and helpful whenever needed.

Had a really great time at this villa--bilkul mast tha! The place was super clean and well maintained, and the new interiors looked very stylish and modern. Location was perfect—just a short drive to all the North Goa hotspots like restaurants, beaches, and clubs, plus Panji casinos were also not far. The outdoor area was really nice for relaxing, and the private dip pool was awesome for chilling; the gym overlooking the pool was cool. Food/grocery delivery was easy, so we never had to worry about meals. The villa is in a high-end community, felt very safe and peaceful. Host was friendly and always ready to help. Overall, it was a very comfortable and fun stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Goa with friends or family.

Very well maintained place with all necessary amenities at hand. The old house feel with all present day requirements are excellently taken care of. Regular cleaning service is available at an absolutely reasonable fees The few requirements which were communicated was also promptly handled by Lincoln. Overall a very homely stay. Daily essentials in terms of grocery and toiletries is a pleasant 10 minutes walk or a 2 min bike ride. Anjona bakery nearby serves authentic Goan snacks and excellent breakfast options. We had a great stay at this property. The place is an architectural marvel and everything from the lawn to pool , the rooms are tastefully done and well maintained. A special shout out to Vishal for being a wonderful host and for the support and help he provided throughout the stay.
