We felt very comfortable in the villa, which was largely due to the crew (thank you to Su!) and the loveliest driver (Hi Bob!). The villa itself is functional and simple and very clean. The pool is very large, unfortunately the view from the pool is somewhat limited by trees. The villa is somewhat remote, without a driver or your own means of transportation it is difficult to get to a restaurant - but the crew always finds a solution for this.

Fantastic accommodation, you should experience something like this at least once! My boyfriend and I stayed at the place for two nights and enjoyed it very much. We were warmly welcomed with a sweet Balinese snack and welcome drink and felt very comfortable. Thank you!

Loved our stay at this villa! It’s in a super local area, which gave the whole trip a more authentic feel. The place is beautifully designed, and the big bathtub was such a nice touch. The pool is gorgeous too, and we especially enjoyed the little riverside deck just a short walk from the yard—so chill and peaceful. The bed was super comfy, and everything was really clean and well taken care of. Would definitely come back!

Well, what can I say. Ayu’s place was out of this world, the pictures did not do it justice! Ayu and her family were extremely welcoming. The accommodation was private and the breakfast was good! We booked for two nights and to be honest, I wished we booked for longer!!

The villa is beautiful!! The location is in perfect walking distance to the beach and there are great restaurants in the area. The villa was clean and the pool was magnificent!

Communication with the accommodation was flawless. The transfer from the airport and to activities was also provided. The furniture and furnishings were a little outdated and worn. Due to the proximity to the boy and the street, it was sometimes a little louder. Unfortunately, you couldn't walk to the supermarket either. Nevertheless, it was a great stay with great communication and nice people.

Had a great time at mahajiva, staff was very helpful by cleaning the house every day and its adjacent to a river and forest but there were no mosquitoes or insects

Wow, this place is so special. I moved here from their other listing (Balian River Hut) because I loved it so much and didn’t book for as long as I would have stayed. So I opted over next door and this place is equally magical and quite different. It’s nice to have a full fridge and the garden out front between you and the river is SO stunning. There are red hibiscus and plumerias and so many different beautiful plants. The tub out front on the deck is magical. This beds here don’t have mosquito nets but I didn’t need them because I just kept the bedroom doors closed during the day. The support from the hosts and everybody they hire are so kind and enjoyable to see each day. I felt so tended to by Komang and the land. I rarely see anyone but maybe 1 or 2 people coming to bathe in the river at sunset every so often. It feels really peaceful, safe and nourishing. I almost never left the property I was on and I could easily live here for months. I highly recommend.

This property is stunning!! I loved the neighbourhood, so peaceful and still close to everything you could need. The property is well looked after, with regular cleaning and a very local cafe that delivers to your door, so you can stay totally stress free. I felt super taken care of, and well provided for. Sara and Arjen are so responsive and there’s always someone available to answer any questions or recommendation requests. Honestly everything I needed was so quick to be provided. I would stay here forever if I could. It feels so private and the bonus of the jungle view from the pool is extra special. Beds are comfy (master bedroom bed is HUGE), plenty of storage, and the house has so much natural light. My happiness and health have increased 10 fold since being in Bali at Villa Zamaya

undoubtedly the best Airbnb experience I have had in the last 2 years everything is optimized to have an amazing time, the place is new , the host is super nice and professional you have an amazing couple who are there to help you all the stay, this trip has marked me I look forward to coming back

I Ketut’s place was absolutely perfect. It was far enough away from the busyness from Ubud but not too far to scooter into the centre. This was made even better with the scooter rental available at I Ketuts home. His family were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was included and restaurant quality! If you need any recommendations I Ketut was able to provide. I would recommend his home in a heart beat.

I stayed 2 nights at sunshine villas alone and the place was perfect. Just what I needed, private pool, lounge area was great for the evenings. The hosts were great and very responsive whenever I needed to ask any questions about the area etc… It is a little remote, however was perfect for my stay due to attending a wedding at a local villa nearby. 100% would recommend to anyone who wants a place to stay just outside of Canggu. I was sad to leave!

Absolutely lovely villa in the Heart of Ubud Bali. Great open kitchen area that allows you to feel part of the outdoors and has all the needed amenities. The 2 enclosed bedroom villas were great for our privacy, and we're nicely temperature controlled with AC for the hot Bali temps. Awesome infinity pool that looked out into the jungle. The whole place was thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend

We had an incredible stay and will definitely be back. Made was so welcoming and professional - he also assisted with ordering dinner to our villa from a nearby restaurant which had the best food ever! Definitely a must stay, awesome view hidden in the jungle.

Beautiful accommodation, there were a couple of tiles around the pool that were loose, otherwise wonderful. Having an outdoor kitchen in that location was fantastic, you got to fully enjoy the views. Kayon Jungle Restaurant is a 2 minute walk, they have great food and service and other amenities that you could enjoy too. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the accommodation and area. This villa was absolutely breathtaking — even more beautiful than the photos! Every detail has been so thoughtfully designed, from the natural textures and luxurious finishes to the stunning indoor-outdoor living areas. We spent our mornings lounging by the pool under the palm trees and our evenings enjoying dinner on the terrace with the soft glow of the pendant lights. The location was perfect for us — tucked away in serene Seseh but still close enough to explore Canggu and the beaches. It felt like a private sanctuary. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rain showers were spa-level, and the kitchen was fully equipped — we even had a floating breakfast arranged one morning, which was magical. What really stood out was the vibe — calm, curated, and absolutely stunning without trying too hard. We came to Bali to unwind, and this villa gave us exactly that. Would 100% come back!

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

A gorgeous villa with impressive landscaping right on the beach, lots of room everywhere, both indoors and out. Lots of places to relax according to your mood, be it in loungers next to the infinity pool, comfy seating by the dining area and jacuzzi, in the gazebo overlooking the pool, on the back terrace, or at the seating area right adjacent to the beach (incredible and romantic sunsets). The staff were friendly, but in now way overbearing. The cook prepared good, sometimes basic, meals for us that were very tasty and introduced us to some local flavors as well. We told here what we wanted for the next day, she did the shopping and brought the receipts, this worked well. The beach is really nice, with big waves kicking up on some days. Standing in the water facing the villa, while looking at the sunrise coming up in the east and seeing the full moon going down over the volcanos of Java in the west is almost a spiritual experience.

The property is located a few minutes outside the action. This makes it very quiet and you can enjoy some cozy hours in the pool. The hosts are all very friendly and helpful. Available 24/7 and easy communication. Breakfast offer, everything was great. Highly recommend it!

We had such a great experience at Raga Bingin. The place itself is stunning, all while being private and in a great location too. Jesus was such a wonderful host, always friendly and responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back.

Great location tucked away from the bustle of Ubud, but still close. Lovely villa and pool, with the host being very responsive and helpful with all requests. Would definitely return.
