This apartment will probably be the best thing you can choose for your stay. The pictures of the apartment are phenomenal, and the apartment looks even better in person.

Everything is perfect

Luxurious apartment (even more impressive in person compared to photos) with excellent cleanliness, ergonomics and equipment. We booked the reservation about half an hour before we arrived but the person who welcomed us was typical in the waiting time for who had informed us (we barely waited for how late we booked the accommodation). He was smiling, kind, and extraordinarily approachable. The only thing that will need attention is the parking height restriction (in case the vehicle is above a certain height it may not fit).

This is our first visit to this area. We felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and brand new. The bed in particular was very comfortable. The apartment was well appointed with everything you need except an oven. The area had lots of shops and restaurants and walking distance from a good shopping area and a nice park. The bonus was the 25m indoor pool on the ground floor of the building. A real treat to cool off or do a few laps.

Stunning two-storey apartment with sauna, clean pool and large terrace overlooking the Danube. We had a great family. Everyone loved it. Very clean. The apartment has everything to relax in the apartment. Even the barbecue. Zemun area is very beautiful. Many good restaurants nearby. The best experience ever. Separately, I note a high-quality sauna, which heats up quickly. SPA at your home. There is also a huge jacuzzi. The owner of the apartment is very hospitable and quickly resolved any issue. This is the best place to stay in Belgrade. To the city center 15 - 20 min by taxi. Thank you so much for your stay!

A small, clean apartment almost in the center of Nis, with parking lot available. Suitable for a short trip to Nis. The host was very kind and helpful.

Our family stayed at Vladan's place for several days and we loved it a lot! Would definitely stay at the same place next time we are in Nis. The place is just 5 minutes walk from the main pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants. However located in a very quiet neighbourhood, you would have a great sleep there. The beds and very comfortable. We used a kitchen to cook - we had all we needed. Private Parking outside the apartment was a great plus for us. The apartment was very clean and nicely arranged.

The room is exactly like in the photos. Perfect for 1-2 night stays. Comfy for one person, would probably be comfy for 2 people as well. It has a lot of light during the day. The location is great. Will be back🤗

A bit hard to find the building and it's a bit far from the center. It's just like the pictures posted. Recommendation.
