A cozy room in a wooden guesthouse by the road. The room is small, consisting of a bedroom combined with a living room-kitchen area and a private bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped (pans, a cezve for coffee, an induction stove, and dishes). Note that the tap water is not drinkable, but the hosts informed us about it in advance. Pustolov and Bilja were attentive and polite hosts. A couple of suggestions — it would be great to have insect screens during the summer, and the bed is starting to sag a little. However, there’s also a sofa in the living room that is firmer. I can recommend this place for short stays for 2–3 guests.

坐落在安静的别墅区，环境非常棒，木屋也很暖和，停车方便。前台英语不太好，并且不清楚已经通过airbnb付款了，入住当天和退房时两次要求重复付款，解释成本有点高！

Everything was as in the description. Nice place with easy transport to the city centre. Would visit it again, when going to Belgrade!

This apartment will probably be the best thing you can choose for your stay. The pictures of the apartment are phenomenal, and the apartment looks even better in person.

Πολυτελές διαμέρισμα (ακόμη πιο εντυπωσιακό από κοντά σε σύγκριση με τις φωτογραφίες) με άριστη καθαριότητα, εργονομία και εξοπλισμό. Κάναμε την κράτηση περίπου μισή ώρα πριν φτάσουμε αλλά ο άνθρωπος που μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν τυπικός στο χρόνο αναμονής για τον όποιο μας είχε ενημερώσει (περιμέναμε ελάχιστα για το πόσο αργά κλείσαμε το κατάλυμα). Ήταν χαμογελαστός, ευγενικός και ιδιαίτερα προσιτός. Το μόνο που θα χρειαστεί προσοχή είναι ο περιορισμός στο ύψος του parking (σε περίπτωση που το όχημα είναι πάνω από ορισμένο ύψος ενδέχεται να μη χωρέσει).

This is our first visit to this area. We felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and brand new. The bed in particular was very comfortable. The apartment was well appointed with everything you need except an oven. The area had lots of shops and restaurants and walking distance from a good shopping area and a nice park. The bonus was the 25m indoor pool on the ground floor of the building. A real treat to cool off or do a few laps.

Потрясающая двухэтажная квартира с сауной, чистым бассейном и большой террасой с видом на Дунай. Мы отдыхали большой семьей. Всем очень понравилось. Очень чисто. В квартире есть все для отдыха. Даже барбекю. Район Земун очень красивый. Много хороших ресторанов рядом. Самые лучшие впечатления. Отдельно отмечу качественную сауну, которая быстро нагревается. СПА у вас дома. Также есть огромная джакузи. Хозяйка квартиры очень гостеприимная и быстро решала любой вопрос. Это лучшее место, чтобы остановиться в Белграде. До центра города 15-20 минут на такси. Большое спасибо за отдых!

Novica es muy buen anfitrion, siempre pendiente de nuestras dudas y tenía iniciativas donde podíamos ir a comer lugares, el sector es tranquilo en tren esta muy cerca, solo podría mejorar la velocidad del Internet, pero sin duda volvería por el precio y su calidez de anfitrion. Had a wonderful stay, very cozy place, clean and up to standard, quiet and peaceful space, right across is Ada park, a great park to take walks or ride a bike, the host was quite friendly and very responsive, Thank you Zoran for a pleasant stay! Totally recommend ✔️

A small, clean apartment almost in the center of Nis, with parking lot available. Suitable for a short trip to Nis. The host was very kind and helpful.

The apartment at Vladan's was great, and all the instructions were very clear. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night and left early because of the match. We’d be happy to come back again.

The room is exactly like in the photos. Perfect for 1-2 night stays. Comfy for one person, would probably be comfy for 2 people as well. It has a lot of light during the day. The location is great. Will be back🤗

המארחת נעימה ואכפתית. יש מענה לכל בקשה ושאלה, תמיד יש נכונות לעזור...והכל בנועם ובסבלנות. הדירה יפה, נעימה מאוד, נקיה ומסודרת. הדירה נמצאת קרוב מאוד למרכז העניינים של העיר. נהינתי להתארח בדירה ובהחלט ממליצה על המקום.

We stayed at this place for roughly 2 months and everything was good. All host were extremely nice and helpful, helped us to check in when both of us tried to open wrong lockbox 🥲 Place is nice, don’t remember having any difficulties with anything tbh. Really liked neighbourhood, so chill and quiet. Also we stayed here with cats and had no problems with that as well.
