Great location and cozy apartment

Fantastic location, easy to get to, good communication. Very pleased.

Miroljub was very nice and responsible. Check-in and check-out were flexible and easy, it was generally a very relaxed atmosphere. We came with a dwarf schnauzer and had no issues. The apartment has a cute style, has a nice view, and everything was tidy and clean. We had complete privacy. There was a lot of space for things, but we didn't need that much because we only stayed for the weekend. I look forward to coming back!

The host was great. Very responsive, plus you can ask them about easier access to tickets to the thermal baths. Everything was walking distance, especially the baths. The place is cosy, clean, beautiful and spacious. Perfect for relaxed stay. Highly recommend!

Best host , best place, great location

We enjoyed our stay so much! This felt like a home, not a stereotypical airbnb. It had everything we needed for a long stay, especially the kitchen which was important for us since we enjoy cooking. The space matches the photos - it is very spacious! It is easy to get to the city center or anywhere else in Belgrade by the bus. The bus stop is less than a 10 minute walk away and the bus comes frequently. The neighborhood is very peaceful, quiet, and family oriented. Within walking distance, there are local restaurants, a Maxi supermarket and a couple of local grocery stores. Additionally just a 15 minute bus ride away is a large shopping area for more stores, restaurants and movie theater. Nebojsa was a great host and was quick to answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond - he helped with our luggage since my partner injured himself. We would definitely return to stay here if we are back in Belgrade.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Good location, has a market in the building and one 50m away. Couple of great restaurants as well. There is also parking but you have to pay for it, either outside or in the garage. We recommend staying in the garage.

We as a couple in vacation we felt very good, relax, everybody was so friendly with us, the host was extremly amable, very nice person and lovely. we enjoy the stay, and we want to come back again! The Dog is adorable 🥰

Đorđe was very responsive and proactively organized our stay before we got there. He even informed us that early check-in was possible ahead of time. On arrival, he met us nearby at a place easy to find and get to, then directed us to the house to avoid certain undesirable road condition. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It was well stocked and the facilities were easy to use. We drove a car and there was no problem to visit places and eat. We did not spent much time in the outdoor areas and the pier. But they look like something a different family would enjoy. We recommend this place if you visit the area and don't mind living a little outside of the city center.

It was a great stay, clean and cozy room, with a big bed, private and beautifuly layed out yard, perfect for a morning coffe as well as nice chat in the evening with a beer maybe (free beer in the fridge was a great touch). The host was super responsive, frindly and helpful, she did everything in her power for us to enjoy our stay. P.S.: Don't miss out on the lake, if the weather allows. Even if it's not hot enough for swimming, the beach is still a great place for a picnic.

Alexandra is a warm and welcoming person. A downside, non-potable water, well yellow ... but Alexandra offers cold drinks (mineral water and pivo).

This house is amazing! I rented it to spend time with my family and it was totally as described. We had sunbaths, swam in the pool and made a barbecue. There is totally everything you need to cook and live there. Maya (the host) met us near the house and showed us everything as well as answered all the questions asap. I recommend this house for 100%! ♥️

Clean, beautiful, and spacious. Great for a peaceful getaway. Yard was immaculate and the pool was amazing. We fell in love the owner’s sweet dog.

Cozy apartment, as described. I would definitely recommend it. Free parking space was available too, which made a difference for me.

Mateos was very responsive and helpful. It took us a while to find the place, because the address was a bit confusing, but Mateo’s was online to guide us and responded very quickly sending additional details. The apartment is I a new building and it seems people are still moving in, there isn’t much around, but Lidl is quite close, although we were by car, so I wouldn’t be able to tell how to walk there. The apartment is definitely smaller than 50m, it feels it’s 48m max with the balcony, but the apartment itself is around 40m, although it has everything you need and is very convenient. Just a heads up for those coming by car - the driveway towards the building is quite steep. When we came it started to snow and the road was covered with ice. It took us three attempts for the car to finally make it up the hill 😬 which felt really scary, although there were some people around who were ready to help and push the car up the hill 🫶🏻 overall would recommend for a short stay :)

Beautiful experience! The room is very large, comfortable bed, working air conditioner, there is also a TV. Hot water and towels. Super nice, fair, helpful and proactive host. I highly recommend it

Really good apartment for a couple. We had a really comfortable stay. The apartment is in a good location, close to the supermarket and only a short drive to the ski slope. Easy parking outside the building and easy check in. The host is really helpful and communicated very well and answered all our questions promptly. Something to note is the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there's no lift. Not a problem for us but just something to be aware of.
