Apartment 4 is located on the 2nd floor of "The House"-Velingrad. It consists of a small entrance hall, a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, a living room with a kitchen and a terrace. Towels and hand towels are provided free of charge. There is a 55'' TV in the living room. The sofa transforms into 2 single beds. The kitchen is equipped with all you need. It is located in a quiet corner of Bansko while being within a few hundred meters of the bustling gondola area and hike starting points up Pirin mountain.

You find the cottage in an amazing village location, where you can enjoy lovely hikes, read a book and grill over open fire. The property is a lovely converted barn, keeping some original features such as a stone wall and wooden beams, yet wirh all modern facilities of a newly fitted kitchen, bathrooms, airconditioning in summer and heating in winter. The hosts holds chickens and grows an organic vegetable garden as well as an orchard with various fruit trees.
