We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

This is the second time we have been guests at "La casa di Elena" and like last time we had a great time. To spend a few days with their dogs is the ideal place: they are happy to roam in the large green areas and we enjoy the tranquility of the place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Ivano was always available to meet us and give us all the necessary tips to make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back when we have the chance

To value this property, you have to start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until check-out; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and quiet of the place, it was easy for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, everything is very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is an unrepeatable experience. Thank you Maurizio.

Truly satisfied. The apartment was clean, tidy and tastefully furnished. Immersed in nature and the most total silence both during the day and at night. You can eat out , recommended mosquito pigs, both on the kitchen side and on the room side of course in the chirping of birds. Finally, Sara and Andrea, discretion , professionalism and a lot of kindness, with Sara who occasionally brought us the fruits of her garden. It takes more to recommend this facility. We had the most beautiful stay in Umbria! The location is perfectly remote and peaceful, yet just a short drive to town, an ideal balance. The home itself is stunning, with thoughtfully curated furnishings that make the space feel warm and inviting. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The gardens and landscaping are truly breathtaking: lush, serene, and clearly tended with love. We especially enjoyed the presence of the sweet farm animals and friendly dogs, which added so much charm and joy to our stay. Livia is a wonderful host. She was generous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She offered great local tips and guidance, and even shared some of her delicious olive oil with us. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would love to come back and experience each of the rooms... it's the kind of place you never want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Umbrian escape!
