It is unlisted for a while, and then serviced and reopened. 1. It is a house where I repaired a hanok built in 1965 in 2012 and lived with my parents for more than 30 years. 2. This is a space where you can use the entire house as a private house. There is a spacious yard and a cute garden, so if you sit on the toenmaru, you can enjoy a tranquil and slow time with the square sky. The space and yard are spacious, so it's not stuffy. 3. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. The two bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, the kitchen and living room are connected, and the third room is a small room with a separate entrance. If more than 4 people, we will prepare floor mattresses and blankets in a small room for a separate fee, so please contact us (up to 6 people). 4. We are preparing a tea ceremony. We have prepared a caffeine-free tea (small bean tea), so please enjoy the whole family regardless of the time. 5. It is an 8-minute walk from Exit 2 of Gyeongbokgung Station and is located at the end of Seochon area, so you can walk to Tongin Market, Seochon, the Blue House, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Samcheong-dong.

I had an amazing stay at Soon & Dong's apartment! It was fully equipped with everything I needed and very close to an underground station, making my visit comfortable and convenient. The host went above and beyond - picking me up from the nearest station before check-in, sharing great local recommendations and maintaining fast and clear communication throughout my stay. Even after I checked out they kindly assisted me to my next destination in Seoul. It was a really nice experience staying at TwoTwo House. This rooms are perfect. It is located in one of the best and hippest areas in Seoul and offers everything you need. The place was really easy to access, just 4 minutes walk from the subway and on the AREX line. I felt absolutely comfortable! Everything was clean and the communication process and check-in was absolutely easy! Like it so much! Definitely wanna live in here again! I will recommend my friends to have this place when they travel to Seoul.

The apartment was okay – as described. The only minor downside was that it's on the fourth floor with no elevator, so it was a bit tiring to get your suitcases in, but luckily you only had to do it once. Super location – very close to Hongdae Street, lots of great restaurants, shops, and there's a grocery store right next door. Contact with the owner was sensational – quick, helpful, and hassle-free. Overall, a very positive stay!

We were already waiting for us at the house, and explained in detail the range of use and common guidelines, and the breakfast style was slightly simpler, but we checked in every day ~ and the host also helped to order the bridge village fried chicken delivery, and asked the host to write the address and his phone number. When we came back by taxi, the driver could also contact the host directly.If there's anything missing, we'll have it ready for you the next morning.The style is very special and my friends love it.The toilet and bathroom are separated, but there is only one occasional queue upstairs. If you care about hygiene, you can bring your own alcohol and paper towels. ~ The plugs in the room are enough, so don't worry about having no place to charge (you need to bring your own transfer head) ~ It was a very pleasant stay overall ~ It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk from the house to the subway station, but since there is an airport express (blue) at Hongdae station, there is no need to transfer.Hongdae's downtown area is at exit 9, and the homestay is at exit 3, so it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area, very convenient ~ 7-11 is only 1 minute away from home, and there are 2 more places, there is also food nearby, it is recommended to go around at night ~ Give 5 stars overall, worth staying 🌸

Had a great time! Very good price for a decent stay. I didn‘t mind, that I had to go to the second floor for the bathroom. Everything was clean and everyone was very nice and friendly. You should keep in mind, that the room is located in a garage and it can get quite noisy from the street. But personally, it didn’t affect me. Again, it’s a very good stay for a very good price. Also the area its located in is perfect. You reach Hongdae station in 10 minutes. I would book it again.

This was one of the best places to stay! Interiors were just like the photos (and better) and it was a very comfortable home for one person for a long term stay. Jay was super helpful and provided lots of local recommendations, and was always very responsive. Super safe neighbourhood and is right next to a convenience store, and located to bus stops/ station. Easy access to check-in/ check-out.
