Vacation rentals in Seongmodo

I don't usually leave reviews, but the cleanliness is perfect, so I do leave a comment. It was the same accommodation as in the picture and it was wonderful. It's the best place to stop by before you go to the airport. There are plenty of amenities around here, including Olive Young, CU, Daiso, and restaurants and even the supermarket. It's on the first floor, so it's good to carry your luggage, and it's right next to the subway station, but it's amazingly quiet because it's home inside. I was able to spend the evening with my friends without worrying about noise because it was on the first floor of a detached house. I also enjoyed the toothpaste, toothbrush, and the coffee and water you prepared. The smell of towels was good, and I felt the cleanliness of washing the bedding every day. I feel like the host is paying a lot of attention. I think I can recommend it to others, too.

The appartment was very clean and welcoming. The location is perfect with easy access to public transports, cafés/restaurants and convenience stores. Also the host was available for any questions we had and was very friendly. Thanks again for making our stay easy and confortable :)

I rested comfortably for a day before traveling abroad!

Joy has been nothing but helpful and kind. The place is really close to 합정station, the area is quiet and I was able to rest here. However, I wish there was more security facilities as the door can be opened from outside as long as you have password. Extra locks would be highly appreciated as a solo female traveller. Be aware that the floor has heating, so...avoid keeping your skincare etc inside the suitcase during your stay otherwise they will get heated up. Otherwise it has been absolutely a nice place to stay

Gyogyo’s place was the perfect place to go back to after a busy day out in Seoul. Beautifully designed, clean and with a projector to wind down with a movie (which is my favourite way to watch TV). Gyogyo was so lovely, helpful and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend staying at Gyogyo’s property.

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable

The place is near to many restaurants, convenient stores and even nice playground! The kids loved the place so much and we felt so comfortable. All the facilities provided are adequate. Emma even let us checked in way earlier than the check in time and brought us around to see the nearby shops, subway and bus stations. We loved the welcome treats ie strawberry and local cakes. We definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Seoul, Korea.

It's nice that the house doesn't smell. Good light and easy ventilation. The kitchen is separated, so the smell does not enter the room. The kitchen and bathroom have windows, so the smell escapes easily. It was really nice to have almost everything I needed while being dense. It's all good, but to be more greedy, I think people will like it more if they are equipped with air fresheners. This is because the dust is so bad in Korea these days.

We had a great stay at Hyeons place and would stay there again. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds super comfortable. The wall bracket for the shower is low down so you have to hold it, this was not problem at all and the pressure was fab! As it’s a wet room the toilet gets wet but just dry it with some tissue and the floor dries through the day. The washer room had a clothes airer, an ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There was even a spare coffee table in there. Lots of spare bedding and towels available and the standard of cleaning was okay overall.
