It is a private building located in Geumbyeongsan Hill behind Kim Yu-jeong Munhak Village, where one team can fully enjoy the garden and accommodation per day. We provide 100% cotton linen and boiled towels filled with the smell of sunlight every time you wash. It is a bright accommodation with good sunlight through a large window. It is a studio type with two single beds side by side, so it is basic for 2 adults, and up to 4 people can be accommodated by providing additional bedding, and up to 4 people, including infants, can enter. It is free of charge up to 2 years old (up to 24 months), and there is no extra bedding provided if it is free. You can see Samaksan, and if the weather is good, you can see a beautiful sunset full of red light. Breakfast is provided for a fee. (5,000 KRW/person, 3,000 KRW/person for elementary school or younger, other menus such as brunch are available for consecutive nights) Please order in advance if you wish. Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square, the center of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul. It consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Built in 1939, Dongchonjae It's not a fancy hanok. Seoul City and the government (Korea Tourism Organization) have recognized it as a traditional hanok. Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Guests use 4 rooms, living room (Daecheongmaru), kitchen, 2 bathrooms (inside: shower available, outside: small but showerable), Numaru, and yard. The host lives in Sarangchae and provides breakfast and other services.
