Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Seocho District

Y's place was very clean and had excellent transportation options available. His place had everything a visitor would need for a comfortable stay. The place was very well maintained, and it was refreshing to see ample supplies of house goods (Shampoo, dishwashing soap, tissues, trash bags, toilet papers, etc.) for a very pleasant stay. Y's description of his place was very accurate, and he was very responsive through Airbnb text. I had a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a nice place to stay in Gangnam area!

Overall comfortable stay. The host is nice, responsive and promptly addressed my questions. The location is quite, central and walking distance to the main Gangnam- daero street with plenty of food options nearby.

We loved staying at Amy’s apartment. It was very well equipped and super clean. The apartment was very modern with lots of convenient appliances. Very central location with subway and bus stops close by. Amy was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We would love to stay again!

Excellent. This is possibly my best Airbnb stay in the past several years. Cozy place in the heart of the city, had everything you'd need for a great stay, and then some more :) . Lots of storage space (for clothes, shoes, kitchen stuff, etc.). The unit can accommodate 4 (two in the bedroom and 2 in the living room). Since it was just my wife and me, we had ample space despite the fact that the unit itself is ~45-50sqm. Mainly due to the excellent layout, amazing use of space, color combinations, etc. And very clean too - quite impressed. We really appreciate the small things that the host had in the unit - salt & pepper, bottle of cooking oil, coffee pods for the coffee maker, bottle of water in the fridge, etc. - too many to list all :) Sera the host is a great communicator - very responsive but not intrusive. we had clear instructions well before we arrived (and got early check-in too). Overall an excellent stay, would love to stay here again when we're back in Seoul next time.

Clean, great accommodations including towels. The kitchen with washer and refrigerator were super useful. Lots of closet space. Views were unbelievable. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere and shop. Restaurants in Gangnam were amazing.

It's in the middle of Gangnam, near the food alley, so the location is crazy. I definitely recommend this accommodation for people who want to play in Gangnam~~!! 0. Location: Just crazy in the middle of Gangnam 1. Bed: Spacious and quite comfortable👍👍 2. Noise: It was in the center of Gangnam, but it wasn't very noisy because it was on a high floor. 3. Bathroom: The shower water pressure wasn't strong, but there was no big problem with washing. The toilet water pressure was weak, which was a shame. ;( But it wasn't clogged! I thought the towel had a musty smell, so I put detergent and fabric softener in the washing machine and dried it on the drying rack. But the towel was so thick that I had to turn on the fan at the strongest setting and dry it. If you change to a thin towel, it will smell less and be better!! 4. Kitchen: It seems that everything is equipped👍 5. Other: There is a washing machine and a dryer, so it seems to be the best place to stay for those who are traveling to Seoul for a few days. Oh, and one of the chairs with a backrest had a very unstable leg,🥹 so I was nervous to sit. It would be nice if you could fix it! I recommend it for those who want to have a drink in Gangnam and go straight to rest comfortably!!! It's a good value for the money👍

The location of the house is very easy to find. It was a surprise when I entered the door. The room is very large and clean. The Host also thoughtfully prepared instant noodles, etc. The room has all the supplies you can think of. The only issue was that the door lock was low on battery. I contacted the Host urgently and it was replaced in time. They also helped to clean up the trash.

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

A very unique place to stay with some lovely thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed in Seoul a few times and this was the best location yet - good for everyone I’d say but especially families with DDP and Sparex nearby. We’d stay again.

I must say, Sunny is one of the best Air bnb hosts I’ve had the pleasure of staying with! Great hospitality, very responsive and went above and beyond to make my trip special. The home was perfect, just as described and in a great location with easy access to the subway station. I will certainly stay again next time I am in Seoul. Highly recommend!

Very clean apartment in a convenient location.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in June 2025. If you are looking for a truly unique, peaceful but modern hanok experience in Seoul, you must come and stay here. Each and every furniture and amenity has been curated and carefully thought of. The local recommendations and little details provided were spot on. Our host Jee and her husband has made a space to come and and unwind any stress in a truly beautiful setting and in a neighbourhood away from the typical “tourist” areas of Seoul. This is genuine modern hanok experience - highly recommended for the discerning couple.

KB looked after us really well on our long term stay. The apartment is in the heart of Gangnam so it was incredibly easy to get to and from the station. Please note there is construction constantly in Gangnam so it is noisy, but that cannot be helped. KB was so responsive throughout our stay, replaced our sheets multiple times and any time we had issues with delivery, neighbours or general living - they would always help within the day. With our 7 month old baby, we were well looked after with the right amenities to live comfortably. Thank you for keeping us safe and allowing us to experience Seoul comfortably! we had a wonderful time 😊

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

The host paid attention to the details before check-in, so I had a fun time:) It was nice to have enough bedrooms. This is a place I want to visit again next time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

This place was very clean and comfy, which exceeded my expectations. I think I’ll stay here again when I visit SNU in the later days

Walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace & Gyeongbokgung subway station (Line 3). The host is really accommodating, very much willing to help and easy to communicate with. Things we liked best: 1. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, near a police station and main road. 2. The place is a few doors away from a Nice 2cu store, very convenient for urgent runs for essentials. 3. So close to Sejong Food Village. 4. The apartment is well taken care of, every corner is neat and clean. Beddings are comfy and homey. 5. Household appliances are complete. 6. With provided bathroom amenities: towels, shampoo, body wash, and hair blowers. House slippers are ample too! 7. Water heater is centralized and works well. Strong water flow for both taps and shower. 8. The size of the place was more than enough for us (5 pax). Would also be nice for family w/ kids. 9. Umbrellas are available for careful use. Only challenge: The unit is about 2 flights of stairs up. Need extra caution when carrying heavy
