The place is clean and well maintained. All the listed facilities are working well. Wang puts in effort to maintain the unit and is also attentive to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay even with the small details. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you very much.

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

We are a group of 7 adults with two young children staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The interior of the house was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our group. Although the air conditioning wasn’t functioning at first, the host promptly arranged for a technician, and it was fixed within 2 hours, which we really appreciated. The garden was huge, and we rented a waterpool bouncing castle. it was so much fun, and everyone was satisfied with the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this place in Batam! The home is spacious, clean, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing. The pool was absolutely lovely and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well-maintained, and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

super friendly and responsive host! minor hiccup with the back toilet and living room aircon but she managed to send handyman over even during public holiday! held my post wedding celebration there she was super accommodating! the place is loaded with mahjong tables, karaoke set (superb soundproofing), foosball desk, pool, loads of parking and bed space! super worth the price!

Sereen was always prompt with her replies. Accommodation looks just like the photos. Most importantly it was clean. Check in and check out was a breeze! Located just a short drive from KSL and we drove to get to the restaurants along the main road. Good price for our group of 13 pax!

Very clean and nice house! My families and kids love+enjoyed the stay a lot. Also have KTV and pool table on the 3rd floor of the house. Easy to check in/out. It is suitable for big families with over 12 pax as there are so many bedrooms and all comes with toilets. The backdoor is very convenient for us to go out to get food and massage - many coffee shops, shop houses, restaurants. It is walking distance (about 10mins) to the giant leisure mall through the backdoor. Owner is very responsive and friendly!! We truly like this homestay. Will stay again if coming with big group.

This place is great for a large group! The karaoke system and space was a great plus. The toilet cleanliness could be improved, but i would say its already pretty value and great stay! 😊

It’s wonderful place to stay at with family

This room gives people a very comfortable feeling, is spacious and bright, and gives people a very fresh feeling. The environment inside the room is very clean, and every corner exudes an air of cleanliness and tidiness. The landlord is very friendly to others. No matter when, he will reply to your messages in a timely manner, making your living here free and comfortable.

I was with my family for 2 nights total of 5 families and it is 14 of us. We took the entire place(It’s a double storey landed house) and it’s very suitable if you’re with big family. From the beginning Imel was very responsive on my query and easy to dealt with. She was kind and giving tips on ferry tickets purchasing and which terminal is suitable and preferable and it helps me on planning my trips and since it is a big family trip unfortunately we didn’t use their drop & transfer services due to the limit of passenger. In this case we had already hire a driver.(Very rarely a homestay provided this services) The location is very near and it’s a walkable to Nagoya Hills. It is also near to the Harbour Bay ferry terminal. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and safe. Although Imel was not able to personally host me during my stay, she was being very helpful from the beginning we arrived and she had already arranged the housekeeper who is also her driver to welcome us. All is well

It was a great stay

We were a family of 10 pax and stayed for 3 nights. The place was impeccably clean with spacious bedrooms for everyone. There were attached bathrooms to each bedroom and extra bathroom in the gaming room and also the karaoke/entertainment room. Everyone in my family enjoyed our stay. Kids had fun playing the free board games while adults had fun with the karaoke and mahjong session. It is not easy to find a place to accommodate everyone’s need and this venue is perfect for it. Joseph was also very friendly and reached out to us daily to check if we were comfortable and whether there’s anything he can do to improve our stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

3D2N was not enough! The interior and the villa itself was beautiful! Super comfortable, feels like home~ It was worth the money! The neighbourhood was very peaceful, you can literally hear nature, birds chirping when you're swimming! Super relaxing! This villa is perfect for anyone who wants to relax~ Our host, Meli, she is very sweet, kind and caring! She gave us recommendation on places to eat. Infact, the place that she recommended was delicious and unforgettable~ Meli also gave us an advice to download an app for a cheaper transportation. Overall, Meli is a very hostile person, whenever we need her, she's there! Speedy responses on our messages~ Thank you Meli ❤️~ We will definitely come back and book here again someday! ❤️

Clean place with air purifier in each room. Clean bathroom. Only setback we were not aware that it doesn’t have towels. Luckily the host mention a day before and we are able to get disposable towels on the road.

Beautiful clean stay within a private compound. Swimming pool was great. Eateries tho were tough to find. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely stay at this spacious villa. Perfect for families with kids or a group of friends! The highlight was definitely the big pool, great for both swimming and playtime. The single-level layout made it very convenient for elderly family members, and the large dining area was ideal for group meals and gatherings. The pool table was a big hit with everyone, especially those who enjoy a game or two in the evenings. Each of the five bedrooms was generously sized and came with either a TV or projector setup, which added a nice touch. The house can get a bit warm during the summer, so it’s worth keeping that in mind. The location is perfect! Close to eateries and shopping malls, which made it super convenient. The villa also had ample parking that could fit two large cars comfortably. We also felt safe during our stay, as there was a security guard stationed at the entrance managing visitor access. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall it’s an outstanding place

A group of 7–8 of us stayed at this semi-D in Glenmarie Mount Austin for a business trip, and it worked out really well. The house is spacious, with large rooms and each bedroom having its own bathroom — very convenient for our group. The location is close to the Mount Austin business area, though expect a bit of morning traffic. The area is still developing, but there are plenty of food options around — no worries when it comes to meals! The parking space is generous and easily fit our cars. One small suggestion would be to install an auto gate for added convenience. Wi-Fi was decent, though slightly unstable at times, but good enough for work and casual use. The host responded quickly to help us with Netflix access and also acted fast when we needed extra bin bags and cleaning liquid. Overall, a clean, spacious, and well-located place with a responsive host. Definitely a solid option for business groups or families.
