Cottage vacation rentals in Semois

Everything worked out great. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to us well. The house is fantastic and has everything you want. The area is great too, there's a lot to do. We communicated through the Airbnb app and it was always quick to respond. Highly recommended! We will be happy to come back! Accommodation true to our expectations, maybe even more charming than in the photos. Ideal for disconnecting for a few days from our routine. In addition to the accommodation, the village is peaceful and quiet. I thank our host who was very responsive during our various exchanges. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the premises, the few small touches of personal decoration (we enjoyed counting the number of owls), the harmony of the whole house, the Ferme des Loups (the restaurant a stone's throw away). The house is very beautiful. The surrounding is pretty calm and is perfect to relax. You can use the whole garden and relax in the warm whirlpool and enjoy the perfect view. The host is very nice and showed us the whole house. We even received a welcome present and felt home immediately.

Sandrine's place is just perfect for a "green getaway". Quiet, restful, soothing... The Nordic bath is really a plus regardless of the weather conditions. A+ for the house. Definitely recommended. Everyone was very sweet and nice. The house had everything you needed. The view was beautiful. We had a romantic week. Above all, the evenings by the fire were very nice. We enjoyed the NATURE very much, hot tub, sauna and hammam were very pleasant. We will definitely visit again.

We were and super friendly welcomed, with gifts for our dogs! Very clean, very nice (what a garden!) and well equipped kitchen. Everything was in order. The outdoor barbecue was super cool!

First, exemplary hosts, super friendly & helpful. We really liked the bakery as a place! Quaint cozy charm both in the living room downstairs and upstairs in the bedrooms, but not cluttered. You felt right at home. The kitchen is equipped with 1A, so nothing is missing. Also the garden was immediately noticed with the many seating areas, natural stone walls, flowers and nice sayings. You could really enjoy the peace and quiet.

A great place to stay. Two tall teenagers squeezed into the kids’ room but (which differed from the pictures) but only a very minor issue, and we had a lovely stay over Christmas in this very cosy house

We had a very nice time with our friends and were able to relax superbly. The surroundings were really nice and also the house had everything you need for a long weekend. Communication with Olivier was very good and he was really very friendly and helpful.

Great furnished house in a very quiet location - great for unwinding. We were 6 adults and felt very comfortable. We were able to sit together, but everyone also had retreat space. We would come back any time!

The accommodation is in a nice location, close to the circuit. The cottage is old, but that's what makes it fun. Nice and spacious and a nice terrace with a view. We will definitely be back here!

We had a great 8 day stay at the house. Mr. Defossez was extremely helpful and we enjoyed the house, the beautiful surroundings and great rock climbing within walking distance.

Very pleasant holiday accommodation for a weekend in the Ardennes. Nice cities at a rideable distance. Everything in the house is available to stay there. Very friendly host; she gave clear instructions and very quick to respond to questions. Also nice: the many tips about restaurants and local eateries we found in the cottage.

We greatly loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house is perfectly described as idyllic; very cozy and authentic. The kitchen is excellently equipped for anyone who loves to cook. The beautiful new veranda in the large garden is an extra asset. The location is also perfect; beautiful walks start directly at the house. I would like to stay in this house again. A topper!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. The cottage is quietly located, very clean and very well equipped with everything. We had a short meeting with Sara and family, a very likeable family but we didn't understand each other very well through the language barrier. In short, a stay where we will be happy to come back!

We had an unforgettable stay with the family at this gite. We were 7 adults and 3 infants, and everyone loved it. The indoor pool is a real plus, especially with the changing weather of the area. Whether it rained or sunny, big and small were able to enjoy the pool. The cottage is spacious and well-equipped.

Magali and Rudy's gite is a real gem! Everything is thought out in every detail so that you do not miss anything during your stay. The amenities provided are of excellent quality, which is worth highlighting because this is not always the case. Magali is a friendly hostess and very responsive to messages. We had a lovely stay and will not forget this address!

We had a great stay in Alix's cozy cottage! The cottage was perfectly furnished and had everything we needed – from comfortable beds to a well-equipped kitchen. We felt right at home. Alix was a great host, she gave us nice tips for activities in the region, such as beautiful hiking trails and the "must see's nearby. Her recommendations really made our trip special. The location was ideal: quiet and ideal as a base for many excursions. The cottage itself was very charming and had a cozy atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
