Family-friendly vacation rentals in Semois

We had the most wonderful overnight stay here with our two children. Even before our stay we were in touch with Michel, who already told us that he had a ‘mini-market’ in the kitchen and fridge with items to buy (great prices). This was comforting because it was Easter Day. Michel was there to receive us and guided us to the annex next to his residence. We immediately felt at home. The house is clean and has all you need and more. The pool is clean and warm (even in April) and Michel already heated the jacuzzi. The garden was kept nicely and Michel put cushions on the beds and lounge beside the pool. We lit the outside fireplace for diner and enjoyed the evening. In the morning Michel showed us a great 10k run and we even enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi again. Michel is the most lovely and caring host we ever met in a b&b. Truly amazing and we will be back!

The house was exactly what we hoped for. Peaceful in the countryside yet close to the city to see the sights. We had a bit of a snafu upon check-in but Julie was quick to find a solution that worked well for our family. I wish we had an opportunity to have a champagne tasting but the timing never worked out. However, Julie provided a bottle that was divine... Thanks, Julie!

Our stay was great! The short communication on arrival was difficult due to the language barrier but we felt very welcome. Just need to look for the lockbox behind the door. The cottage is small but equipped with every comfort. Nice neat bathroom, good bed, equipped kitchen. Media was also top, everything present, Netflix, Disney Channel,... The weather was also good so you can have breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Jacuzzi large and cared for in a neat garden. Small downside, because the space is so small, is missing a full dining table with chairs. This is resolved by a folding table with stools. Cottage du Lac is recommended if you want to explore Spa and surroundings!!

This is the second time we have rented the place with friends and we are never disappointed! the accommodation is quite suitable for 12 people while maintaining privacy. nothing to say I recommend it!

Andrea and her husband Joseph are extraordinarily friendly and accommodating hosts who take care of their guests in a very friendly and loving way! The house is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired! Unfortunately, the time was far too short, but we'll definitely be happy to come back!

We had a great time in Aachen! The place is spacious, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Everything is planned for optimal comfort, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal: close to the city center, with easy access to the main attractions of Aachen, while being in a quiet environment that guarantees restful nights. Sophia was very welcoming and responsive, always available to answer our questions and make sure our stay went smoothly. We highly recommend this accommodation and will be happy to come back on a future visit to Aachen! 😊

A lovely place in a quiet village not too far from Reims, a welcoming host with a lovely property and good enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. The addition of a filter coffee machine was great. Parking is easy nearby. The bathroom has been upgraded since the photographs with a nice big and powerful shower. We would visit again.

If you want to visit the Verdun area and the battlefield site, this place is perfect and not far from the site! Our host was very welcoming, she offered us a great pti dej, everything was perfect we recommend!!

It is located just a fifteen-minute walk to Walibi and you can easily get to the various towns around. The peaceful setting is ideal for feeling calm and enjoying the region. The property is great! Everything is present in the holiday home, it is very neat, child-friendly and stylishly furnished. The kitchen was equipped with the large fridge, oven and hob for cooking for a large group. The contact with the hosts was very warm. We had a nice time!

I wanted to get away from it all during the transition from old to new - There was no better place to relax and stay in a nice, quiet area. We are a family of 4, with two young children (4 and 5 years old). We had a very good time during our stay in the French Ardennes. The cottage matched our expectations perfectly. The hosts (Rose and Thierry) responded kindly and spontaneously to our questions. She made sure we weren't missing anything. Our children also enjoyed that, given the many toys and the nicely furnished garden. Nearby, there is plenty to do and it is also nice hiking (even in the immediate vicinity of the guesthouse!). We would love to recommend this location to anyone!
