It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for 10 days on a work trip, and everything was smooth from start to finish. No complications at all. The place looked just like the pictures. clean, modern, and peaceful. It had everything we needed: a pool, strong WiFi, air conditioning, and plenty of small luxuries that made us feel both free and cared for. The 24/7 support was amazing. always available and genuinely helpful. We felt at home, and more importantly, we felt loved. Landry’s seaside rental on the coast of Cotonou, Benin, was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Landry himself was exceptional in his communication — before our stay, during, and even after. He is a true gentleman and, to me, a wonderful example of the promise and potential that exists across Africa. During my wife’s stay, she encountered a small difficulty — nothing related to Landry or his property — but as soon as I reached out to him, Landry stepped in immediately, took care of the situation, and ensured she was comfortable and reassured. His attentiveness meant we never had to worry. I honestly cannot recommend Landry more highly. He is not only an excellent host, but also a genuinely good person.

L’appartement de Yannick est très sympa pour un weekend à Cotonou entres amis. L’endroit est exactement comme sur les photos. C’est confortable, moderne et hyper bien aménagé. Yannick et Monique étaient très sympas et flexibles. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un excellent mois en famille dans cette maison au Bénin. La maison était impeccable, spacieuse, bien aérée, avec tous les équipements en parfait état. Le joli jardin et la petite piscine pour enfants ont beaucoup plu à mon fils, qui s’y est amusé tous les jours. L’hôte a été extrêmement réactif, chaleureux et très accommodant. Il a toujours trouvé des solutions rapidement et nous a même permis de rester plus tard le jour du départ sans frais supplémentaires. La maison est idéalement située, à 10 minutes de la plage et proche des principaux centres d’intérêt. Le quartier est charmant, vivant et très accueillant. Nous avons adoré l’immersion dans la vie locale, notamment grâce aux vendeuses de quartier, toujours souriantes et disponibles pour les petits achats du quotidien. Toute la famille a adorée, nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour une expérience authentique et confortable au Bénin. Nous serons heureux d'y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour ! Merci.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans la villa de Marel. Le lieu correspond exactement aux photos (voire encore mieux). Le plus de cette location est l’aménagement extérieur. Nous en avons profité à fond. L’hôte et ses interlocuteurs sont réactifs. A bientôt pour un nouveau séjour.

Le logement de Florence à Cotonou est absolument parfait pour notre groupe de 7 personnes ! L'emplacement est idéal ( proche aéroport , plage), la propreté impeccable et les hôtes sont très accueillants. Florence nous a permis une arrivée et un départ « sans stresse » avec sa fléxibilité horaire La piscine accessible à tout moment est vraiment un vrai plus. Les employés de la maison ont étés très gentil et respectueux. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et recommandons cette adresse.

the studio is well situated and is very comfortable. the matrasses, as in most hotels in benin are very stiff.

I had an amazing stay at this place! It looked exactly like the pictures, which was awesome. The customer service was top-notch. Special shout out to Sobour from the management company who checked in with us regularly via text and phone. They were super quick to fix any minor issues, like when the wifi acted up, and there were instructions onsite for troubleshooting.The cleaning service was a big help, coming three times a week. The house is perfect for families with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and have both air conditioning and fans, so you have options. Hot water was always available, which is great when you have young kids. The 24-hour security guard was very welcoming and made us feel safe. There’s parking inside the property, but also plenty of space right in front, and with the security, it felt very safe.The location is fantastic, just minutes from all the great spots for food, drinks, and kids' activities. I highly recommend this place!
