I was in Kamal's place for over one month, the apartment is clean, I felt as I was at home in Kamal's House, Kamal was very responsive to my request at all time, though I never had the opportunity meeting withhim, at night I developed stomach pain, o call Dominique who was very helpful at all time, he instructed mallam Saidu to take me the the clinic, and immediately came and met me in the clinic, he drove out and get all the medication prescribed by the doctor, I was treated like a family member. thanks to Saidu who was at my service at all time, thanks to Kamal who was always sending me packs of bottles water since I came back from the hospital, Dominique and Saidu are amazing guys, I will repeat a visit again. however electricity be is very high, which I suggested to Kamal the also get some Fans to the apartment so that using Air conditioner be come option. i enjoy the beach so much. I recommend the apartment to others. once again thank you Kamal, Dominique and Saidu.

Host not met physically because he was on the go but regular communication, very responsive, always attentive. we very much appreciated this. we met his wife physically with a kindness and kindness that we very much appreciated. The listing matched the photos really nothing to complain about. We 100% recommend this place and we will even go back during our next stay. my husband and I say a big thank you to Mr Masoun's family as well as to Zoul the caretaker and the cleaning lady. This is such a lovely studio in a very posh and safe neighbourhood. The en-suite apartment was fresh & clean, and had everything I needed for a great stay ... microwave, fridge, coffee-maker, WiFi, Canal+ Sport, etc. The hosts are friendly and responsive. This is unbeatable value, easily worth thrice the price! Most highly recommended!!!

Go for it!!!! Don't hesitate for a moment. The place is really super clean, well ventilated, mosquito-free, and comfortable. Very very cozy terrace. Mosquito net available. An amazing sense of service and attention to detail. We have everything we need, we are pampered. The host is super available and responsive. He even offered a great masseuse at home and gave you tips. There is a swimming pool in the Djibson hotel just across the street which offers you a swimming pool with the possibility of night baths, the best! The sea and corniche are a 5-minute walk away. We hear the waves of the sea in the distance we rock us💖 Many additional services to enhance your stay are offered. Best Airbnb I've ever done! A million thanks for your honesty and great generosity. The apartment and everything about it are wonderful. There is everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the terrace very nice. We were immediately helped with every question, whether in terms of electricity, mobile internet or just where you get fresh bread. We also used the car along with a super nice, helpful and reliable driver. I would want to stay with Sophia again with every stay. Thanks for two great weeks!

Host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze. His employees are also very helpful and available. The kitchen area was my favourite in terms of design. Very compact and perfect for a solo traveler.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to everything and in the center of Cotonou, yet still peaceful and quiet. The thoughtful touches, like toiletries, coffee, tea etc, made us feel right at home. There is 24/7 security, a cleaning crew at your disposition and someone at the front desk 24/7. They also craft a touristic tour for you if requested. I couldn’t say enough about this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Cotonou. This will be my go to everytime I come back.

Very nice fully equipped apartment in a good location on the Route des Pêches. The pool on the upper terrace is beautiful with a breathtaking sea view. Recommended

Florence's place to stay in Cotonou is absolutely perfect for our group of 7! The location is ideal ( close to airport , beach), the impeccable cleanliness and the hosts are very welcoming. Florence allowed us to check in and out "without stress" with its time flexibility The pool accessible at any time is really a real plus. House employees were very kind and respectful. We had a nice stay and recommend this property.

A place to recommend for your stays in Cotonou if you like the calm, the sea, the sea, the sea and an environment conducive to rest away from the pollution and noise of the city. Large well decorated studio, trendy with quality furniture, a spacious bed and firm for the quality of sleep. The only catch is that you can't cook on site, it didn't bother me since I had busy days and ate restaurant instead, there is a microwave to heat the dishes. The staff is very caring and helpful. I would recommend this place, go there without hesitation.

The stay at Résidence Eben Ezer was unforgettable for us. We were warmly welcomed and fell in love with the decor and amenities. We will come back and will not fail to recommend this residence to other friends and relatives who want to visit Cotonou. We had a great time at Florence's apartment. The apartment is close to several places of interest in Cotonou. The neighborhood is quiet. Spacious and very well equipped apartment. we just spent a full week in Gabin's place, we were greeted by Basile and his wife Martine who live on site and act as caretakers. a charming, solar couple and very available (thank you to Basile for spontaneously offering us to drop us off in town while he was leaving for work🙏🏽) the accommodation is really spacious, the pleasant terrace we had breakfast every morning. Everything was functional, nothing was missing. Due to lack of time we could not use the small pool on the rooftop. a small convenient convenience store is available at the foot of the building. The area is quiet 👍🏽 we had a pleasant stay at Gabin's and even if he was not there he was really available and considerate 🙏🏽

The apartment is modern and very well equipped. The roof terrace with the pool is lovely. Very quiet environment and close to the ocean. Safety is very well ensured. A lovely stay.
