Very good stay in a perfect accommodation for a couple. I spent my weekend there (solo) and I was able to do everything I had planned in Cotonou in peace and quiet. There is a nice caretaker available if necessary, clean accommodation corresponding to the photos, many shops within a radius of 800 m. I would recommend it in a second.

Being looking for a place halfway between Porto-Novo (to see the family) and Cotonou (for the different activities), I was able to have a great stay at Raehanath's place. Some concerns about the Google map location of the house, but she could be very responsive to facilitate our meeting. The house is very beautiful, well-equipped and with very clean decor. The neighborhood was very quiet, relaxing with access, 30min walk, to the beach. Raehanath gave me several information about the different means of transport, the shops nearby (merchants, good ladies, couturiers, etc.). In short, I would definitely recommend it.

It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Landry’s seaside rental on the coast of Cotonou, Benin, was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Landry himself was exceptional in his communication — before our stay, during, and even after. He is a true gentleman and, to me, a wonderful example of the promise and potential that exists across Africa. During my wife’s stay, she encountered a small difficulty — nothing related to Landry or his property — but as soon as I reached out to him, Landry stepped in immediately, took care of the situation, and ensured she was comfortable and reassured. His attentiveness meant we never had to worry. I honestly cannot recommend Landry more highly. He is not only an excellent host, but also a genuinely good person.

Vianney's place was by far one of the best I've stayed in within my 11 years travelling through AirBnB. He went above and beyond to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. I recommend staying in his beautiful apartment!

high standard accommodation with very good value for money. spacious home with several bedrooms and lounges. each bedroom with its own private bathroom. we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool which was very clean A caretaker is at the gate to come and go. a 4x4 vehicle is available with driver fans the house we rented for a fee for our groceries. Mr. Alexandre is very responsive. i would definitely recommend this place. Alberick

Go for it!!!! Don't hesitate for a moment. The place is really super clean, well ventilated, mosquito-free, and comfortable. Very very cozy terrace. Mosquito net available. An amazing sense of service and attention to detail. We have everything we need, we are pampered. The host is super available and responsive. He even offered a great masseuse at home and gave you tips. There is a swimming pool in the Djibson hotel just across the street which offers you a swimming pool with the possibility of night baths, the best! The sea and corniche are a 5-minute walk away. We hear the waves of the sea in the distance we rock us💖 Many additional services to enhance your stay are offered. Best Airbnb I've ever done! A million thanks for your honesty and great generosity. We had a great time at Florence's apartment. The apartment is close to several places of interest in Cotonou. The neighborhood is quiet. Spacious and very well equipped apartment. The apartment is modern and very well equipped. The roof terrace with the pool is lovely. Very quiet environment and close to the ocean. Safety is very well ensured. A lovely stay.

I had an amazing stay at this place! It looked exactly like the pictures, which was awesome. The customer service was top-notch. Special shout out to Sobour from the management company who checked in with us regularly via text and phone. They were super quick to fix any minor issues, like when the wifi acted up, and there were instructions onsite for troubleshooting.The cleaning service was a big help, coming three times a week. The house is perfect for families with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and have both air conditioning and fans, so you have options. Hot water was always available, which is great when you have young kids. The 24-hour security guard was very welcoming and made us feel safe. There’s parking inside the property, but also plenty of space right in front, and with the security, it felt very safe.The location is fantastic, just minutes from all the great spots for food, drinks, and kids' activities. I highly recommend this place!
