Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Wow! What a superb place to stay. Our family loved staying at Rebecca’s place. Everyone was friendly but not intrusive. The kids had a blast using the heated pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The place was clean and well equipped, comfy beds and a lovely deck and big table to enjoy company together. We did trips out to Hanmer Springs, Kaikoura, Arthur’s pass and into Christchurch and the gondola and this place was perfect to get to all of those. I will definitely be recommending to friends. I would highly recommend staying at Chas’s beautiful place if you are looking for somewhere beautiful & relaxing to get away from the rat race. The spectacular views were amazing

I can't thank Louise enough for our wonderful little homely and private cottage in the autumn trees, showering yellow leaves over the garden. Rose Cottage is just pure magic at this time of the year, especially if you are a keen photographer as l am: While it is close to the airport it isn't in the flight path so there's not that much aircraft noise, and it is close to supermarket, coffee shops, etc. Louise and Matthew are wonderful hosts and I highly recommend their property to anyone visiting Christchurch and wanting something just a slightly bit different :)

We loved it so much here, we didn't want to leave! Beautiful tranquil spot, immaculate house, had everything we needed. The weather was amazing so we spent most of our time sitting outside around the huge outdoor table beside the pool area, but in colder months you'd have plenty of space to relax inside on the comfy couches. The house is so lovely you won't want to go anywhere else :)

Highly recommend J&H House. Newly built townhouse and all the furniture and equipment are of good quality. I can see that they are really taking good care of the place. The two bedroom setup was a surprise as I wasn't expecting that prior. The mattress and linen are so very comfortable and made me feel right at home. The water pressure is very high as well, made the shower feel super nice. Kitchen was nicely set up as well. 10 out of 10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although on a busy road it is quiet inside and the location is perfect. Handy to local shops, short drive to the supermarket at Merivale and has a lovely outdoor courtyard to enjoy in the sun. Off street parking makes it easy to get your bags and groceries inside. The living room is a great size and kitchen has everything you need and more. Note that although there's a washing machine there's no dryer, but there is an outdoor clothes line and a drying rack to use inside. 2 good sized bedrooms were perfect for us. We felt right at home here and are sure others will enjoy it just as much. We were visiting family so will stay here again when we come back next year. Thank you Rose.

We had a great stay at the house. Location is excellent, walking distance to Hagley Park, Riccarton, Mona Vale. While there are town houses all around you it still felt private apart from a bit of noise from neighbours. A few more amenities is the main thing missing from taking this house to the next level. Christina was great to deal with and we'd happily stay again. Thanks

I love this house. It is clean and tidy, and all the amenities provided are very convenient. The backyard has a spacious area where the children can play. The host is very friendly. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Christchurch.

The house was comfortable and well furnished. Everything we needed was there. The house was within reasonable walking distance to the city center and across from a fantastic park.

We had a great stay in Suzie’s apartment. The location is excellent… easy walking distance to Hagley park and the city centre. Very comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. Hopefully we can visit again sometime.

Apartment is bright and welcoming. Good location relatively close to city centre. Bus 60 (Wigram/Southshore) close by about every 30 mins so takes you into city centre. Garage is a large single - good size and height. We had a bit of difficulty getting in and out with a large car but small ones wouldn’t have a problem. Was very clean and warm. Had everything we needed. Can certainly recommend.

Beautiful oasis. Stunning decor and cozy feel to the place. Shame that we only stayed a night and will definitely be coming back if visiting Christchurch. Loved the fireplace. Both Hennie and Rachel were very responsive. Thank you for hosting your home.

Great place, nice and quiet, very private. Easy to warm up with fabulous heatpumps, lots of sun, very well equipped kitchen. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay again.
