The house was clean and comfortable. It is ideally located and very quiet, close to the city center and main amenities. Floriana was very nice and approachable, responding promptly to our needs. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Maurizio helps alot. He always answered the messages a few moments after we messaged. He explained everything and the place was really clean and had everything we needed. He gave out recommendations of places and helped were he could. If I visit Perugia again, I will surely book with him!

I booked this place for my mom and brother, they were excited about both the location and the human aspect of the owners, it was like feeling at home, highly recommended for those who want to carve out a little time to relax and get away from everyday life

I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Sonora and Walter and the apartment. They were very flexible with our check in and give us extra instructions on where to park and how to get into their place. Walter met us outside and showed us around. Sonora was very proactive and responsive on texts giving recommendations and just helping us out with whatever we needed. Spello is such a beautiful city and photos do not do it justice. I highly recommend visiting Spello and staying at this Apartment.

Apartamento very convenient for a visit to Perugia, especially if you are driving. Gabriele is very responsive as a host, and the apartment is well equipped, as it appears in the listing.

Our stay at the 29 civic studio apartment was excellent. The impeccable cleanliness, the spaciousness of the studio, and the comfortable private parking space made our stay very pleasant. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, it made us feel at home. The owner, despite an unexpected personal situation, was always available and attentive to our needs and guaranteed us constant communication. Only small aspects to improve: A small tweak on the main bed would make the rest perfect, and the pool is a little far from the apartment. Despite this, we highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, amenities, and host attention. We will definitely be back in the future.

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

We needed a place for one night and we came across this apartment. Already in the conversations prior to the day of check-in, Valentina was helpful, polite and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by Manuela's mother, who welcomes us in an extremely nice and thorough manner. They made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even larger than what we needed) and includes every comfort. Small detail that I really liked are the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely recommended also for the location because I discovered that Umbertide is really a beautiful town. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Small and cosy place, perfect for a few days exploring Perugia and surrounding areas. Within walking distance to the main historic centre and close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Paid parking area very nearby and although expensive it was convenient to leave the car for a couple of days. Great apartment.

Loved our 3 day stay in Angela's beautifully decorated and warm ground floor apartment in a grand house. It was a short walk up to the centre of Assisi. Looking out to the olive grove and to the Cathedral was special esp lit up at night. Thank you for having us stay 🙏 Celina and Paul

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Three days to escape the chaos of the city of Rome in search of tranquility, greenery, relaxation and good food. Conveniently located for walking, even with children. You can reach the city center in 10/15 min walk. Fabrizio was immediately available to meet our needs. The apartment did not miss our expectations, including a parking space, not to be underestimated. Essential and well-finished modern house. highly recommended
