Yani, Maica, and Mary were the trifecta of service so empowered and incredibly responsive I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. The unit was lovely and well appointed and when I requested a sheet to help adjust to the climate, I was met with a creative and prompt solution from my amazing and inspired service team. Never before have I had such superb service and I would stay again in a heartbeat. It didn’t hurt too that the location and ambiance were sublime. Despite my slightly bumbling initial communications Yani, Mary, and Maica made our stay something to remember, rinse, and repeat as necessary in a world full of average, this stay was quite something special thank you!

Very good place to stay, and very strategic because there are a lot of shops all around in walking distance. Really liked the room and it is comfy.

The place was really big and clean. We had 5 people and there was more than enough space for us to gather in the living room. Place was really lovely and location was very convenient as it was pretty close to KSL. Would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Very fast response from host. Great instructions to enter the premises. Room was very clean and you can see the view of Singapore. Good to bring kids, there is a swimming pool and playground available. Provided essentials such as rubbish bin, soaps, dishes (good if you want to take away), fridge & towels. Easy to check in & check out. Location have lots of restaurants & street food too. There is a convinent store nearby to buy snacks & also a shopping mal. There is a cinema too for family bonding time. Netflix & youtube available too. Overall very satisfied with the service and room. Thank you for taking my last minute booking! 🥰 Will come back soon!

The apartment offers all the amenities as advertised: great location that connects to both bus and MRT service within walking distance (Novena is convieniently close on foot). There one would also find all the shopping for one´s stay, including groceries, if needed. The apartment is serviced and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. The size of the bedroom is okay for three grown-ups, 2 AC´s are standard, so cool-down after a hot day in Singapore is a must. Kitchen is fully equipped, bath is clean as is the whole flat and the building. We had a really great time and can fully recommend this apartment!

We only stayed at Jordan's place for 1 night but it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The apartment was nice, clean and cozy, and located within walking distance of an event we were attending. Jordan is an amazing host, very responsive, accomodating and welcoming and provides us with a lot of useful information! Thanks for hosting us and will definitely book with him again if the chance arises in the future.

I have nothing but just amazing things to say about The JB House. Easily one of the best AirBnB experience I’ve had! Tim goes beyond what is expected of him as an AirBnB host - from the initial introductory phone call to walking us through when we get into his home. It is a home full of story and I truly appreciate Tim sharing it with my husband and I. The room is SO INVITING - comfortable bed and sheets with a huge TV, you’d just want to stay in and chill. Home is super clean, you can tell that it is well taken care of the moment you enter the home. Thank you Tim for sharing your space with us. We would have extended the stay if we could. Will definitely be back!

A Wonderful 3D2N Stay in Batam! I had an amazing 3D2N stay in Batam, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The accommodation was perfect – extremely accessible with a nearby mall and the ferry center just a stone's throw away, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and even extended a complimentary late check-out until 1pm, which was such a lovely touch. It really made my trip feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a visit to Batam. The location, convenience, and the wonderful service made it a truly memorable experience. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The room was fine and the price was fair. However, I would suggest providing a hair dryer next time
