FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.

Fantastic beachouse

Beachhouse directly on the beach, 10 meters from the sea. 84,5 sqm. You will love the view! Modern interior. 10 minutes walk to the small harbour Mullerup Havn with a traditional diner. 80 minutes drive to downtown Copenhagen. In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.

Modern and Quality Cottage close to Beach

After 25 years of renting summerhouses in Denmark, this is the first time we've been this close to perfection. We were 4 adults and 2 children and everything was well thought out for everyone. Very good taste decor and everything was of quality… from the dishwasher, dishes, paintings and objects and we particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine, even the sheets and towels were of quality. Beautiful garden, well-maintained flowers, great bbq, and small deer wandering around the garden, superb garden furniture, terrace and the serenity and brightness of the place. The proximity to the beach and the very nice pontoon, a little too many pebbles and seaweed. We'd love to come back to this house. The washing machine broke down at the beginning of our stay and our host Claus immediately replaced it. We had a great vacation.

Per's house is located at a beautifull spot nearby walking paths though the dunes and close to the seashore accessable though the backyard. Beautifull view on the dunes and Bay of Køge. The loft is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. It is pleasantly light, but not all windows have shutters. All interesting places like Copenhagen and Roskilde are easy to travel to. We have been given a warm welcome by Per and had a pleasant contact and a very nice stay.

Christian was so responsive to any questions we had but never hovered...we felt like the place was ours for the week. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area in search of a beautiful place to stay.

The house is nice and spacious. Large nice kitchen with everything we needed. Two nice bathrooms and a small utility room/microwave. Lovely beds that we slept well in, also in the small cozy annex. We were at the beach a few times via the private staircase, which is very close to the house. It is in good condition and there is a bench on the half way where you can enjoy the view and take your breath away😃 Lovely place all in all that we can highly recommend others👍

The place is cozy and quiet, free parking on the street, the fridge was filled… yogurt, milk, cheese, beer….., bread and other food were also provided, which could be used. The way to the beach is only 5 minutes by bike, only 300 m away. Copenhagen can be reached in just 1 hour by car. Tip: Free parking in Krimsvej (4 hours). A visit to Frederiksborg in Hilleröd (30 min) is also recommended.

Cosy cottage near the beach

A beautiful place to stay with a partial view of the sea. We were there with our 2 children 16, 13 and our dog. Unfortunately, we were not able to share the garden because our female German shepherd does not get along with all dogs. The beach can be reached in 2 minutes but unfortunately with a lot of algae. Asa gave us helpful tips on what to do in the area. Asa and Matt are very nice hosts.
