Everything has been restored to the architect's original design from 1961, including newly upholstered B.M. furniture, wood on walls and floors, large terraces, brand new kitchen and nice bathroom. Insulated house so winter stays are also comfortable in front of the fireplace. There is air and plenty of space for the family and friends who will take good care of the house.

Make some good memories in this beautiful cottage, located on a large, fenced natural plot, with both shelter and fireplace. There is a wilderness bath, outdoor shower, indoor spa and sauna. The beach is only 700 meters from the house, and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches, with dunes and very child-friendly. Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Max. 8 people, 1 baby + 1 dog.

Summer house Gudmindrup

Relax with the whole family in this beautiful cottage at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms. Two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk bed, as well as an annex with sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. Gudmindrup beach with toilet facilities and lifeguards in the high season. @sommerhusgolfvej

Lean back and relax in our little cottage, which is located in beautiful natural surroundings and only an hour's drive from Copenhagen. There is only one open space and the cottage is therefore perfect for a romantic getaway, a weekend with friends or a maternity trip to nature. There are two double beds, a small kitchen with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, a toilet, a shower and a large sunny wooden terrace, where you will find a gas grill and double sunbed. The solar panels on the roof provide green electrons. The fiber internet perfect for home-office. Large, sunny terrace, partly covered - A table-tennis set is available.

Hele sommeren er der rig mulighed for at flytte livet ud i haven. Her kan I tage karbad midt på terrassen, og der er fri leg blandt rutsjebane, sandkasse og havens mange hemmelige kroge.
