The apartment is stunning and it is located in a really beautiful area, everything you need is walking distance ( supermarket, restaurants, bakery’s) I would say the only downside is that it is a little far from all the tourist attractions so take your time for the metro or 30 euros per uber to most places

Loved our short stay in Paris, the location was perfect for our plans, walkable distance to most attractions and great neighbourhood. Our hosts June and Charlotte were very helpful and kind. And the place felt instantly like home :)

Very comfortable, tidy and beautiful apartment. We were able to cook good meals with the tools made available and the water pressure was good even though we were on the 5th floor. While the street down below is popular and full of life during the evening, it gets quiet in the evening. A very lovable place to be. Thanks for having us!

Fabulous bohemian apartment within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Two metro stations nearby to get wherever you want and lots of restaurants within walking distance too. Road is bustling in the day and evening but up on the sixth floor it is a peaceful haven. My 80 year old Mum managed the stairs well so don’t let that put you off. Very well equipped and comfortable beds. My room had a fantastic view of the Paris rooftops and the Sacre Coeur in the distance which was magical when lit up at night.

Nice stay in Paris. Q-park nearby to park the car for not too much money. Metro station nearby. With the subway, you'll be right in the center. Walking is also an option. Are you on the road a little longer? Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the nice neighborhood Exactly opposite a park Apartment has everything you'll need. Everything is clean and tidy. We were with 4 adults. Plenty of room at the inn.

I can’t say and rave enough positive things about Pascal and Virginia’s place. This was our first time in Paris and the location was PERFECT. Easily accessible, you’re only a handful of blocks away from the Metro and the Louvre but it didn’t feel like a giant tourist hub. It was very quiet during both day and night. Pascal was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. The unit was very clean, bed comfortable, and stocked with plenty of things you need. Everything was so easy to use but Pascal does a phenomenal job of writing everything out for you. Highly recommend and can’t wait to use this Airbnb next time we’re in Paris again.

Beautiful little studio: small but very clean and very functional! Communication with Beauquartier was impeccable, instant messaging + email, all the instructions came timely and perfectly clear, and corresponded very well to reality. In two words, like a hundred: a pearl!

We came back to the apartment with the location ~en rose. This was the second time in two consecutive years in this apartment for us. This time Inna met us, my last time it was Jean-Marc. Both beautiful people who felt personally engaged in making our stay a pleasant one. Being well acquainted with Paris, la plus belle ville du monde, this apartment is located inbetween most of the things one could want, in my opinion. Three metro stops in easy/very short walking distance, Moulin Rouge, Rue Lepic and La Butte as your closest neighbors. The Opéra, Sacré-Coeur and les Grands Boulevards in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, bars, a colourful street catering to fun for adults are part of the closest neighborhood ;) The best features are the gardens, entrances, the size of the apartment, Jean-Marcs attentiveness and its location in this beautiful estate, tucked away in magic Montmartre. La vrai vie en rose ~

Very well located apartment, close to a metro station, perfect for exploring the city. Ideal for 3 people, it is clean, well-equipped, with very comfortable beds. Everything is planned for a pleasant stay. The host is super nice, welcoming and responsive. I recommend it without hesitating!

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Bernadette's place was perfect for our family. The location just minutes from the Eiffel Tower let us see it up close every day of our stay. Very close to restaurants, cafe, and easy walk to the bus/metro. The space is small, but was functionally plenty of space for our trip. Bernadette was very helpful with any questions we had and we would gladly stay here again.

The apartment matches the photos and even a little bigger than we imagined. Close to the subway and shops, it's easy to go wherever you want. The neighborhood is quiet. The bedding was perfect, we slept very well. The apartment is very well suited for a couple. Vanessa is super friendly and very responsive to messages.

Place is as described. Close to shops and Aldi. Close to Effiel tower. And good for 2-3 adults and a kid. Instructions were easy. Place has only 1 bath room but if you plan your trip well, it’s good enough. Ubers were easily available.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless and well-equipped, offering all the comforts we needed. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic additions, perfect for relaxing. The host was very available for any questions we might have. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and recharge. Well-deserved five stars!
