Overlooking Cotignac, one of the most beautiful villages in France, a romantic house dating from the Middle Ages nestled at the foot of a tuff cliff, flourishes in the Provençal light in the heart of the authentic alleys and cobblestones. A refined decoration where noble materials and rock create subtle harmonies, experience the special features of the troglodyte habitat: calm, comfort and originality. 1 hour from Aix, Marseille, the beaches of the Var coast, and 40 minutes from the Verdon Gorges.

Provençal house for 6 people, sports and leisure ground

House located on our 6000 m2 property on the heights of Trets. We live there, but the terrace and part of the garden are private and not overlooked. Very quiet environment, surrounded by greenery. In the garden, shared access with a second house: sports and play areas (pétanque, basketball, soccer, zip line, trampoline, swing, playhouse, CrossFit). Fiber connection. Access to the swimming pool by reservation (€50/half day: 8:00 a.m./12:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m./6:00 p.m.). STRICTLY FORBIDDEN PARTIES

Private terrace (retractable awning, umbrella) for warm evenings under the stars. Heated pool from April to October, shared with us only (no other rentals). Breakfast basket included for 2 days. Well located for day trips: Gorges du Verdon 40min, St Raphaël/Côte Bleue beaches 45min, hiking nearby in Provence Verte. 5 minutes from Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume.

This privileged site is located at the end of a 2.5 km forest track that is perfectly drivable by a city car.

In a 4500 m2 wooded property with a pool shared with the owners, in a quiet area, you will have an independent bedroom equipped with a reversible air conditioner with pool views; shower room and toilet. Parking secured by an electric gate is available in front of the accommodation. A cozy terrace with deckchairs will allow you to enjoy the sun. The accommodation is equipped for two people. The accommodation is non-smoking. A summer kitchen is at your disposal.
