Great location and lovely apartment. The lift made it very convenient to enter and leave with baggage. The instructions for the key box were a little confusing because the code in the PDF message did not match the code in the photo. When I tried the code in the photo, that worked and I was able to open the box. It would have been helpful to have laundry soap provided. Although there were no instructions provided about care of the plants, I did water the indoor plant because it was very dry.

Accommodation that matches the listing and photos. Large bedroom and large walk-in shower. Close to train station and city center. You can put down your suitcases and do everything on foot. Close to shops. Very quiet because it's at the back of the courtyard, which allows you to rest. Very well-equipped. Stéphane is very responsive to messages, which he responds to in a friendly way. I'll be sure to give this address if acquaintances are looking for a nice place to stay in Angers.

Excellent stay. The apartment is well located for visiting downtown Angers on foot. Free parking 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and very bright. The bed is big and comfortable. We found everything we needed. Beautiful discovery for this place and for the city!

A meeting full of flavors I found Jean-Pierre at the same time a little wild and very hospitable. A little wild by its adventurous side, a bit like a Robinson Crusoe in the middle of its forest. And at the same time very hospitable by all the care he puts at our disposal: wood fires, jacuzzi... About the living environment - very nice volumes - cozy vibes - services ranging from AB to TB We didn't know each other and immediately the flow passed as if we had been old childhood friends. We had a nice time together nibbling about our lives and remaking the world. Thank you Jean-Pierre.

Excellent stay, self check-in. Ideally located, quiet and secluded accommodation but 15-20 minutes from the center of Angers. 15 minutes from Terra Botanica. Very clean and very well equipped. i recommend it.

Lovely two storey property. Clean, well kept. Luckily there was parking in the garage as there were building works at the cathedral next door which meant road closures. The garage was small but is the standard size for the area according to the neighbour. Very friendly neighbourhood.

We stayed for a week in Thibaut's family home. Thibaut is very friendly and responsive and he gave us precise instructions regarding both the house and the feeding of his animals (1 cat, 2 guinea pigs and 2 chickens). The house is an old house, tastefully renovated, very clean and extremely quiet but which unfortunately includes many steps that can be a problem for people moving with difficulty, which was the case in our family. The house is ideally located for visiting the area and the town has all the local shops a few minutes walk away. There is no parking lot in front of the house, but very easy on the surrounding streets.

Great stay at this little house! The space is well appointed, and nicely decorated. The garden is really very pleasant and quiet. Close to public transport and close to the city, and yet it feels like you're in the countryside. The house is very comfortable and has a lot of equipment. Every detail had been thought out so well by Laurence and Jean Marie, the cottage was spotless, modern and comfortable. We visited Angers and Nantes as well as little towns such as Ingrandes sur Loire and enjoyed the holiday very much. We were very impressed by the area and particularly the lovely gite.

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this property without hesitation.
