My place is in Gouarec, a pretty town in the heart of Brittany, on the Nantes-Brest Canal, the Voie Verte 6 & 7 cycling routes & forests. All with miles of cycling & walking. The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. Breton stone house with on the ground floor: dining area, kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove and shower room with toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed (140 x 190) and 1 with two single beds (90 x 190). The rate varies depending on the number of guests, please indicate the correct number of people. To set the price, I took into account the amount of your travel expenses and tourist tax. The house has no exterior but is located in a quiet alley on the GR route.

The house is close to the town center, restaurants and 1.5 km from Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation is perfect for families, hikers on foot and on horseback, business travelers, workers, cyclists and four-legged companions and horses. (direct access to greenway) Caurel is conveniently located in the heart of Brittany. Great walks in the forest, water activities on the lake, local entertainment throughout the season are at your disposal. English spoken in addition to French, of course.
