Vacation home on the Drömling

Right on the Drömling, the unique biosphere reserve, is our apartment on the ground floor of a large farmhouse. It has a separate entrance. Parking with the possibility to charge the electric car is available right in front of the house. The courtyard property is completely fenced and therefore ideal for children. The swing, the sandbox and the stilt house may be played with, so that our dog, cats, chickens and ponies quickly become a minor matter. You are welcome to use the pool.

Hello dear visitors! I rent out my bungalow, renovated in 2018, including a garden with a grill, fireplace and sun loungers. You are welcome to use everything. The rehabilitation clinics are a 5-minute walk away, as well as the Schlosspark (2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream parlor, as well as a pedal boat rental. If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district of Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and a lot of light comes into the apartment through the large windows, with all windows equipped with shutters.

The emergency bed, 5th sleeping place, is on the sofa and free of charge. The WE is located on the 1st floor and has a green courtyard view. The beautiful large balcony invites you to end the day with a cool drink on warm summer evenings. Pillows and cuddly blankets are also available.

The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you are looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, this is the place to be! You can relax on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a sauna session. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Pets one-time €25 extra.
