Beachfront vacation rentals in Scilla

We had an excellent stay at Franceso's! The place was the perfect size for our family of 5. The outdoor area was really nice too. The beach is within a 5 minute walk, however it wasn't the prettiest beach we've ever been to. It was still fun and it was in a great location to visit Tropea and Pizzo. The kids toys were an added benefit.

The flat location is perfect to visit Taormina and Etna - and there’s everything you need at a (very short) walking distance: beach, supermarket, restaurant, bust stops etc. The flat itself is beautiful (even better than the pictures!) and has a lovely terrasse. Worth mentioning for light sleepers like me that on Saturdays/Sundays there are noises from the road/ people on a night out - it goes with the perks of being so close to all amenities (the rest of the family didn’t mind/hear). Last but not least, Concetta is the nicest possible host, so attentive, flexible, with amazing recommendations. Would definitely come back!

A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

Great Family Family Family Living My group of friends and I loved the place offered by Mike and Nerissa. The cottage has all the necessary comforts for short and long-term stays. The highlights of the property are definitely the sea view, the outdoor garden for outdoor meals, and the proximity to the free beach. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing location, right at the shore, with access to a small beach and perfect sight of Strombolicchio. A wonderful terrace offers many different areas to spend time throughout the day as the sun moves. Short walk into the core of the village and a quick ride from the port. We would stay there again, anytime!

Giuseppe was an excellent host. We reserved place at last minute because our previous reservation was horrible. Giuseppe was gracious and accommodating. Apartment was in a quiet place. Clean and comfortable. We would recommend this to anyone!!

If ever in Calabria again, Im definitely booking the same apartment again. Roberta and her husband ate very responsive and friendly hosts! Recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything was perfect, from check-in to checkout. The apartment is in a great location, close to everything: fishmonger, convenience store, supermarket, restaurants... It is also in a great location for visiting the surroundings, such as Taormina, Catania and many other beautiful sites. The view is simply amazing, especially at sunset — a real moment of magic, with the sea almost to ourselves. The apartment is bright, cozy and perfectly equipped. A huge thank you to Elvira for her kindness and availability throughout the stay. She was always responsive and thoughtful. Frankly, nothing to complain about: these 15 days were exceptional. We leave with memories full of heads and the desire to come back!

Our stay in Sicily was truly unforgettable! The house had a beautiful character, filled with charming details that made it feel like a home. The garden was a stunning oasis, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Sicilian evenings. Our host, Carlo, was exceptional—always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The highlight of our trip was the incredible five-course Sicilian dinner Carlo organized for us, showcasing the region's delicious cuisine. Each dish was a delight! The location itself is a must-visit, with breathtaking views and rich culture all around. We felt immersed in the beauty and warmth of Sicily. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking to experience the best of the island!

Marco is a sunny, nice, friendly and wonderful host. He knows everything about the surroundings and is very attentive on anything you might need. We loved his restaurants' recommendations and all the suggestions on the places to visit. The house is amazing; we particularly enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with the view on the sea and boats lazily travelling along the bay. The place is very close to the beach, we were walking every day there. It's also close to the parking in the centre of the city. Waking up in the first floor bedroom was offering an amazing view of the bay. My son loved the swimming pool, spending hours floating in his flamingo overlooking the bay. The staff in the building was very friendly as well always ready to help if needed. Thank you Marco!

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

Our family (2 adults/2 children) enjoyed a wonderful stay here in April. It is a well-equipped and good sized property with everything we needed. It is well located on the coastal road: a few minutes drive (or 20 minutes steep walk) to Taormina and also from the beaches/Isola Bella. Communication with the host was good and the building manager was very helpful with our arrival.

We really loved our stay here! We especially enjoyed the private beach access and the outside terrace. Also, Marco was super communicative and responsive even late at night when we checked in:)

We had a great week. The property is a perfect base for excursions to Mount Etna or the Alcantara gorge. The house is beautiful and super well equipped, really everything you need is present. The pool is perfect despite you need a swim cap. The town itself is not special. It's like taking a time trip 70 years back in time. There is a lot of empty and closed. We only went here to the Pizzaria (Orso), which has great pizza's. Fortunately, there is plenty to do in Taormina, so it is not a loss.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

We had a great time here, Salvatore was very helpful and responsive. The place was a great spot to visit the surrounding towns and find easier parking compared to the rest of the town. The place has a lovely private access to a nice cove.

We had a great time! The apartment was super cozy and clean, with a wonderful terrace where you can have coffee listening to the sound of the waves, it became one of our favorite moments. the house was equipped with all amenities, including basic ingredients, breakfast products, towels, shower products. Claudia was always available with us and gave us great recommendations. thank you !

I believe that at the base of each trip there must be a comfortable nest where you can return and feel good as when you return home. I thank Ornella for her helpfulness, friendliness, politeness and kindness. We'll be back.

Paradise place, 1980s/1990 what a lovely place to be! Hot outside shower, BBQ works well and every day with your feet in the sand for breakfast and or lunch. Rightly a super host, thank you Rino 😎

Mr Tony was a great host, as usual! Very helpful and considerate! Will always return with great pleasure! The house is located in a nice, quiet and wild area, very close to the beach and the apartment is very spacious and very welcoming! The views are spectacular, with the sea at the front and the mountains at the rear. Looking forward to going back! We had a wonderful time! Highly recommended for a lovely, relaxing and peaceful vacation!!

Doris and her family do everything to make you feel at home. If you are still hesitating where to stay, choose this place!! We were greeted with fruits and cake for us, advise where to go in the area and just overall a super friendly atmosphere. The place is extraordinarily clean and beautiful. Didn’t know it was possible but the terrace is even prettier in real life than on the photos! Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen made the whole stay perfect. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be back soon.
