The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

The apartment offers every comfort. Everything is available via parquet floor, underfloor heating, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, 40-inch HD TV to the mini library. Of course, free Wi-Fi is included. Sleeping is on a 140 cm box spring bed and a super cozy 130 cm sofa bed. The private, private bathroom with underfloor heating is located door to the door to the living area. My apartment and another room are separated by a hallway.

Our stay at Maren's was really great. The apartment was easy to find, sparkling clean and offered pleasant privacy. Everything was stylish but still cozy, so you felt right at home. A big plus was definitely the air conditioning and the carport, so you could easily endure it at 25 degrees and more. Maren is a friendly & warm host. Messages were always answered directly and politely. We would therefore highly recommend the apartment + hostess at any time!

Claudia is a very friendly, likeable and helpful hostess. Communication was ideal, she welcomed us personally and gave us helpful tips and information. She also proactively inquired about our satisfaction. The apartment is very nice, clean and offers everything you need in a perfect location, right on the Moselle. Only the WiFi could be a little faster and with better reception, but then it was sufficient most of the time.

Sparkling clean, well-equipped apartment. Wonderful beds, also the bedding. Just as surprised that we immediately stepped into the apartment, but that also immediately changed. The area is of course beautiful for hiking, but also e-mtb is recommended 😀 Trier, Echternach, Beaufort, it is a drive +/- 25 minutes, but we will come back!

Wonderful Holiday Apartment for Moselle Vacation

Nicole was super friendly in communication. Check-in was super straightforward and flexible. The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean. It is particularly striking that the apartment is so well equipped. In the kitchen you will find all appliances, etc. Also in the bathroom everything is available from shampoo to toothbrush. We also liked the sauna very much and we were able to relax well and privately. In direct conversation with Nicole and her partner, we met two very likeable people! They were also able to give us tips for the area.
