The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. Holiday apartment in the nature reserve & close to the city

5min to the motorway, only 20km to Chemnitz, 60km to Leipzig, 90km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, peace and the relaxing sound of the water. Our apartment is ideal for 2 people, it is also suitable for 4 people. It is full equipped. There is still something for you in the fridge :-) There is one double bed in the bedroom and an additional double bed (sofa-bed) in the kitchen. Our apartment, which is located in a quiet but central location (e.g. 5 minutes walk to the market or St. Annen-Kirche), we have been renting out since November 2015. So far we have been able to welcome 1,000 guests and everyone, really all, were at least satisfied :)
