The most beautiful view of Bremerhaven: Over the entire length of the apartment, a window front with a balcony in front stretches - you have a unique view of Bremerhaven's 'Havenwelten' over Weserdeich and Weser to Nordenham (on the other side of the main). The apartment is almost 55m2 and is located on the main side in a tower of the so-called 'Columbus Center'. It was completely renovated and furnished in the summer of 2010.

The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and one single bed. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

On the ground floor is the living room with cozy sofa corner for relaxing, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and sun loungers. In the kitchen, in addition to the usual equipment with stove, oven and refrigerator, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is like new and ready for you.

At low tide, it is possible to hikes like on the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. In the island there is a beach bath with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping facilities at 6-8 km away.

The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand. Distance to Bremen: about 30 km Distance to Oldenburg: about 20 km

The house (85 sqm of living space on 2 levels with Wi-Fi connection) can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for young families (children's travel cot, high chair, stair gate, handcart for 2 toddlers available). A guest fee is charged for the Wurster North Sea coast. This fee is NOT included in our prices, but must be collected by us through Airbnb and paid to the municipality.
