From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.

The apartment consists of a combined living / kitchen area, a bedroom, as well as a small bathroom. The separate entrance to the apartment is via the terrace, which can also be shared. To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
