The vaulted room "little home" approx. 24 sqm, built around 1824, can be reached via the common courtyard and has a separate entrance including a bathroom with underfloor heating. Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

The 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße, less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it, the small Welzbach stream flows, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. I highly recommend Sandra's place. It is a brand new and tastefully furnished, spacious apartment. I felt very, very comfortable and would book the accommodation again anytime. Sandra is super friendly, accommodating and responds quickly to messages. I also liked the proximity to the vineyards. I will definitely be happy to return.

The apartment is well-equipped and is located in a very nice residential area with good access to downtown Mainz. Thanks, Dennis, also for the excursion tips - Heidenfahrtstrand and Lennebergturm were great. We also did a studio tour at ZDF (12 min. drive from the house), which we can recommend.
