Great place to stay, great location. Super quiet, plenty of space, price/performance is right.

Kira's apartment is close to the beach, it is well maintained and well equipped. Kira and her friend Gudrun were always available for questions and were very friendly and accommodating. On another visit to Warnemünde, I would request the apartment again.

From the first moment we felt comfortable in the apartment on the southern beach. Very lovingly furnished, everything you need is there. Communication with the host was excellent. Maria is a 1a host. She responded quickly and took care of everything before arrival and also throughout. If we get close again, we'll first see if something is free here again:) Our little family felt very comfortable. Our first Airbnb experience was a 10/10.

The hosts are very kind, courteous, know exactly what matters. We enjoyed the apartment with the roof terrace very much. They made sure to make everything bright and the rooms have a lot of light. Glad there's a big common space when the weather isn't so nice. Outside there is a covered barbecue area with tables and benches and everything that goes with it. Electricity for car and bikes is also provided and parking for everyone. Thank you We will come back and recommend you to friends.

Since it led me to the Baltic Sea for work, I spent my first 6 months in Rostock with André. The contact with André was always great, quick and pleasant. I was even able to have my mail sent to him, which made life very easy. The apartment is well and quietly located and has a parking space under the carport. From Sievershagen, I was able to easily reach all my stations in the training on any side of the Warnow. In addition, a shopping center is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a spiral staircase. It has a fully furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are well equipped and all separate, so you can also cook without the whole apartment smells like it. For example, an ironing board, a clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. I enjoyed the time with André and was able to arrive in Rostock excellently.

Enjoyed a lovely night at Maik’s flat. It had a very well equipped kitchen with all we needed, beautiful surroundings! Would recommend.

Manfred and his wife were very friendly and helpful. I don't know that from hosts and was very positively surprised. Both were very communicative. The place was great as described and clean. There was everything you needed and you had enough space. The apartment is close to the Müritz and the old town, but very quiet. Since we had bikes with us, we were even allowed to store them in the private garage. Before we started a tour, Manfred always offered help on his own if we left somewhere on the way. That was really sweet. We will be happy to come back.

There were two of us at Ilona's place and we enjoyed the stay. It is a great starting point for excursions, best by bike. Then you can leave the car completely. The place had everything you need. However, we hardly used the kitchen because we were eating in the surrounding restaurants. Ilona is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is super cozy and beautifully rustic. The furnishings are individual and not just plain monotony. Simply everything to feel good and above all: clean. Knut is an uncomplicated host. We would have liked to have stayed longer, but what is not, can still be.

5 stars better was impossible

We were (again!) completely satisfied and are already looking forward to the next stay in 3 months 😊 Good communication, great place in good location. Dog friendly, clean, comfortable bed and the water in the shower gets warm quickly💪🏼

Gangolf is a great host - friendly, flexible, easily accessible and uncomplicated. Everything worked out great and we felt incredibly comfortable in the apartment! The rooms were very clean and tidy, but still with a certain charm. You can explore the city on foot from there. As already noted by a few other visitors: The stairs to the apartment are a bit steep, so possibly not for people with physical limitations. The "shower" in the bathtub is sometimes difficult to master; but that's no reason not to come back. Thanks so much for having us :)

100% recommend! The house leaves nothing to be desired. The location is quiet, beach and center are within walking distance. We felt completely comfortable. Ms. Biermann is very friendly and helpful, always available. I'm sure we'll be back.

The place is super, very clean and cozy. A stone's throw to Boltenhagen.

Spend two nights at the large apartment. Walking distance to old town. Peter responded quickly and was helpful when we needed help.

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is very nice and clean. We were warmly welcomed and the check-in was possible early and uncomplicated. Andreas even provided us with additional kitchen utensils so we could bake cakes for our daughter's birthday. We always received a very prompt response to our inquiries. We can recommend the apartment without reservation :-)

Super apartment Was with my girlfriend in the apartment. After entering the apartment, we felt immediately comfortable. Sauna and jacuzzi were excellent. The shower is completely sufficient And the bed super cozy We will be happy to come back and only recommend it

Beautiful spot. Cosy and welcoming. Great kitchen with all items and utensils needed to cook for a few people. We had a great time in the sauna and beautiful walks around the lake. Comfortable beds and cosy soft sofas.
