In this cozy 52 m² apartment, you will find peace and relaxation. It is located in a cul-de-sac surrounded by numerous tall trees. The landlords live upstairs in the house. You have your own entrance area. You can charge an electric car in the driveway and your e-bikes in front of the garage at a low cost. You can park your car on the road, 50 meters from your apartment for free. The apartment was expanded in 2024 with a new kitchen and new furniture. You will receive the keys via a key box.

You will be staying in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. Enjoy your vacation in our spacious apartment in a quiet location just a short distance from the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path. 1 kitchen: this has a fridge/freezer, ceramic stove incl. oven and small appliances such as coffee maker, microwave and toaster. 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds) 1 hallway 1 bathroom: spacious daylight bathroom with shower, toilet The use of the sun terrace, BBQ, fire pit and garden furniture invite you to relax together.

Studio with bicycles and SUP in the former Konsum

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

The location on the edge of the residential area of Rostock-Kassebohm is also a good starting point to explore the city or surrounding area by bike or public transport. The Rostock Südblick tram station is 3.5 km away (10 min by bike). Bus connection from Gross Stove is available.

Our stylish apartment inspires with its elegant and harmonious flair. The living-sleeping area is lovingly furnished and the fresh, modern colors create an inviting atmosphere. The spacious bathroom - a real highlight! And in the high-quality kitchen you can conjure up delicious meals in a relaxed manner. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes and are at the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in 15-20 minutes.

Vacation in the countryside

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
