Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

This charming 2-bedroom cottage is situated on 40 feet of private Waneta Lake frontage. A gently sloping lot with stairs leads you down to a lakeside deck and dock, providing direct access to the water. The central location offers easy access to explore the scenic beauty of the Finger Lakes. Spend your day relaxing by the lake, visiting nearby wineries and breweries, shopping, dining, or hiking. FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024
