Dort befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer (eins verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett, das andere über 2 Einzelbetten) und ein großer Balkon. Duschbad mit Toilette im Erdgeschose plus 1. OG Toilette. Beide mit Fenstern; 2022 komplett neu gemacht.
