The apartment is on the 1st and last floor of a building whose ground floor is unoccupied. You will have no neighbors or neighbors.

The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
