Parking is available free of charge in the yard. A baker and butcher are a 5-10 minute walk. The apartment is regularly intended for 4 people, but in the living room there is a sofa with a sleeping function, on which another person would be accommodated.

The apartment is located in the attic in our residential building right at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, closet and chest of drawers overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower , toilet and small sink.
