The apartment is on the second floor with shower, kitchenette, Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, water bubbler and refrigerator. There is a bedroom with a French bed (140 cm). The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet and a smart TV with Waipu TV Comfort included. Washing machine in the basement. The apartment is located in central Kaiserslautern. 15 minutes' walk to the train station, 10 minutes to K-Center Mall, 10 minutes to Pfalztheater, 5 minutes to the old town and 20 minutes to Betzenberg.

The apartment is very quiet close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to the center or train station and 5 minutes to get to the university. About 100 m from the apartment you will find the bus stop where buses run in different directions every 16 minutes on weekdays. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven-hob and fridge. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are also available. You can enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden undisturbed from your own 20 m² terrace.

Looking out over the Palatinate Forest, the "Waldschlösschen" is located on the edge of the university residential area. I myself use the apartment when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern and otherwise live in Hamburg. It has 1.5 rooms and is set up in a way that you can work efficiently in the home office and also relax. The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 m² apartment there is a double bedroom and baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
