In this 200-year-old farmhouse, you can arrive and find peace. The cottage radiates coziness and warmth. The cottage is attached to an old former farmhouse but is completely autonomous and has a separate entrance including infrastructure. The schoolhouse, including playground, is easily accessible. In the former farmhouse lives a family of 4 with 4 cats. If you need anything, we're here to help, but the location is designed to be undisturbed

Cozy and child-friendly 3-room apartment on the upper floor of a newly renovated house in the countryside and on the edge of the forest. Very quiet location. Large living room with 2 (bed)sofas, 2 small bedrooms with 2 beds each, kitchen, bathroom, balcony with great views. We, a retired couple, live on the lower floor. Babies and children are very welcome! In summer, Lake Hallwil invites you to bathe. Non-smoking house, including balcony.

Your soul should be well here! Whether as a cheap accommodation after a seminar, course or conference in the city, or as a starting point for relaxing forays through the lovely hills and along the Erzbach and the Aare, here right on the edge of the forest, just a stone's throw from the city center, you are welcome. In the shade of the trees, you have a small terrace during your stay, the separate entrance can be reached via a few steps.

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating area. Wonderful views of the lake, mountains and countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 min away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk. If anyone wants, we have stand-up paddle boards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
