Pretty, small garden room, quietly located right next to the Uetliberg recreation area. The train station is only a three-minute walk away and the city centre of Zurich (main station) can be reached by S-Bahn in a maximum of 15 minutes. The room is brightly furnished, with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and fridge (no kitchen). Private bathroom with shower. Cosy private outdoor seating area and parking space for one car. Luxuriously designed apartment in the heart of Glattbrugg, well connected to the highway and the public transport network of the city and the airport (although it is only 5 minutes by car from the airport, the sound insulation of the apartment is very good and you do not hear the noise of the planes inside.) A 3-minute walk from both train stations, you can explore the city and its nightlife, supermarkets, restaurants and fitness are also nearby.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
